It is a reference to the old story of how to boil a frog. Increase the temperature gradually enough, and the frog won’t jump out of the pot.

There was an uproar this Sunday morning in Brou-sur-Chantereine, near Chelles, after a man displayed a knife in the street while shouting “Allahu akbar.” The events took place a little before 9:30 a.m., on avenue Jean-Jaurès, in front of a bakery. A worrying scene which prompted a trader to alert the police.
The latter obviously took the alert very seriously. Three police cars quickly arrived on the scene. In the meantime, the man, who allegedly appeared threatening, did not attack anyone. The police found him and then tried to arrest him, but the individual would not let them do so.

The police had to use their electric shock gun, according to them, to force him to comply. Following his arrest, the man was to undergo a psychiatric examination, in order to determine his condition and to consider whether or not possible compulsory hospitalization. The Meaux public prosecutor’s office, for its part, did not respond to our requests.

Nothing unusual….he probably thought he had a bread knife to cut some slices from a loaf and as that was a part of his normal make-himself-better-jihad, he did the shouting.
Naturally, he’s known to the police for having ‘psychiatric problems,’ and is taken to a hospital to see about it.
If known to the police for having such mental issues that he caused a danger to the citizens, why was he not hospitalized prior to the knife at the bakery incident?
And the despicable phrase is not ‘incoherent.’ the rabid mozlums with intent to do harm to others, say it plainly.

I think in France and other countries, the Hospitals are getting overloaded with persons having similar, ‘psychiatric problems,’.

The West actually thinks that people of other cultures are psychologically carbon copies of the people of the West. The numbers are the same but the formulas are completely different. Music consists of 12 notes but those notes can be played differently to give us completely different songs forever. Just think what is forbidden or OK in different cultures produces different reactions. If burning a church, temple or synagogue is promoted in one culture but walking past a mosque singing Ave Maria is justification for mass murder the measuring stick the woke culture applies will cause Western Civilization to slowly disintegrate by applying Freud to Muhammad. It’s not exactly an exaggeration to say that the Woke West believes that raving Jihadi is simply suffering from a small headache and merely needs Tylenol.
