China has been vocally opposed to Israel. It refused to condemn Hamas, and is an ally to Iran. Now it is “deepening bilateral and military relations” with Muslim Brotherhood-supporting Qatar. All China cares about is global hegemony, but so does Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood. These friendships of convenience — with the goal of sinking America, Israel and all free societies — are on shaky ground, and their interests will inevitably conflict with one another.
“China, Qatar’s defense ministers hold talks in Beijing,” by Jiang Chenglong, China Daily, May 24, 2024:
Chinese Minister of National Defense Dong Jun held talks in Beijing with Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah, Qatar’s deputy prime minister and minister of State for Defense Affairs on Wednesday.
According to a press release from the ministry, Dong said that China and Qatar are strategic partners, and that in recent years, leaders of both nations have met multiple times, reaching a series of important consensuses that provide fundamental guidelines for deepening bilateral and military relations.
The minister noted that the foundation for China-Qatar military relations is solid, and there is ample room for development.
He emphasized that both sides should further enhance strategic mutual trust, expand areas of cooperation, and strengthen personnel exchanges to continuously elevate military cooperation to new heights.
Khalid said that a unified and prosperous China aligns with the common interests of the international community.
He expressed that Qatar highly values its relationship with China and is willing to strengthen practical cooperation with China under frameworks including the Belt and Road Initiative,….

The chinese should stay in china where they belong and not stirring up trouble around the world. The west should not have helped china in ww2

I agree. Too bad that Hitler had already signed a treaty w/ Tojo. But what followed the Japanese turned out to be worse, once Mao took over. Nothing that the Japanese did to the Chinese, even at Nanjing, came close to what the Chinese did to themselves. And in the process, Tibet lost its freedom, and Mongolia barely survived b’cos the Soviets backed them, given the Sino-Soviet rift

China doesnt really care about Israel. It cares about markets. Israel has around ten million. Islam has 1.8 billion. As long as china stays out of Israel the islamic nations are open and a massive market used to cheap goods with quality to match. It is a marketing decision. I hate to say this but Israel is too small to matter as far as china is concerned. Its not worth losing sleep over.

Actually, the bulk of that 1.8 billion can be captured in a few countries:
Indonesia – 240M
Pakistan – 230M
Bangladesh – 200M
India – 180M
Nigeria – 95M
Egypt – 85M
Turkey – 80M
Adding up these numbers, one gets 1.1 billion there alone. Beyond that, it’s the law of diminishing returns
Of these countries, Indonesia is not an ally of China. Pakistan is. India is their #1 geopolitical rival, while Bangladesh is caught in a tug of war b/w Beijing & Delhi. Nigeria, not sure, Egypt so far still seems to be a US ally, but I believe they may be a part of Belt/Road. Turkey is very much a China ally, being one of the main countries overlooking the persecution of Uyghurs, who are a Turkic people. The same people in whose past islamic glory Ankara likes to bask in
All that said, Beijing hasn’t been shy about wanting Israel: it’s just that they wanna have their cake and eat it too, when it comes to muslim support

And yet, Qatar, of all the Gulf countries, is a “major non-NATO ally”. Done by none other than Sultan Biden himself! Not Oman, not Emirates, not Bahrein! Qatar! Another illustrious country on that list – Pakistan, despite attempts by some Congressmen, such as Rep Andy Biggs, to have that status revoked. I doubt that that bill went anywhere, since Dems are the ones in de-facto control of the House
The other muslim country that’s a non-NATO member is Tunisia. Thankfully, they’re not smack-dab in the center of a geopolitically “strategic” region

Sunni Turkey, the driver of the Sunni exodus and existential threat to Armenia, Kurdistan and Greece, is a NATO ally!
The whole Maghreb should be allied with the NATO, against the northward migration of the Fulani herdsmen.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Turkey is a fullblown member of NATO, which is another major issue. Result is that NATO can’t stand up for at least Armenia, nor do anything about Cyprus. This is different from the “major non-NATO allies” that I referred to, like Qatar, Pakistan and Tunisia, & a whole lot worse
The Maghreb is muslim, so they have everything in common w/ the Fulanis. Morocco’s monarchy is somewhat sane, and so is Tunisia’s regime. Algeria is a perfect showcase of a Leftist-islamic regime

Qatar a major player and funder of islam and terrorism around the world. Also a major contributor to American higher education institutions, spreading islamic propaganda to American YOUTH.
