The escalation of the Palestinian “resistance” is inevitable, given the zeal and determination driving it. Now that it’s globalized, it will continue to spread without adequate recognition of what it is. Its foundations in the West are built upon wokeism and the sheer ignorance of its acolytes, who have been sold on a false notion that they are fighting for an important, just cause on behalf of the underdog. Never do pro-Hamas protesters reveal the truth about the Palestinian “resistance” and why Israel is left with no choice but to fight for its existence.
The “community support” being demonstrated for pro-Hamas disrupters at McMaster and elsewhere is an omen. Support was also shown from a McMaster professor, Dr. Ali Iqbal.
Activist campus staff supporting the Palestinian “resistance” add new complexity to the situation for the university administration.
Although peaceful for now, the protesters at McMaster are demanding that the university “disclose and divest from firms arming Israel amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.” They also have stated that the encampment will be there “indefinitely.”
And in another, more alarming example of the escalation of the Palestinian “resistance”:
A group of radical pro-Hamas demonstrators gathered at a protest encampment on the George Washington University campus last week and called for the beheading of senior school administrators over their refusal to back anti-Israel protests.
So far, the same obscene tolerance of woke madness that has long been seen in the West is being demonstrated again in the face of the current pro-Hamas threat to the rule of law and to the security of the citizens of free societies in the West.

The pro-Palestinian encampment at McMaster University has grown over the past 24 hours, and they are getting support from the community.
Protestors are calling for the school to divest from any Israeli organizations with ties to the war.
On the grounds of McMaster University, these protesters say they plan to stay until their demands are met.
Dr. Ali Iqbal is an assistant professor of medicine at McMaster, and he stopped by to show his support.
“I’m here to support the students and their right for freedom of expression, freedom of protest, and freedom to stand up against injustices and against the genocide in Gaza,” Ali said.
He says it’s grown in size since he was here on Sunday when there were about a dozen tents set up. Today there are now a few dozen.
Others are also stopping by to show support by dropping off food and water…

I wonder if Dr. Ali Iqbal would equally support an encampment or protest by students protesting against Islamic terrorism around the world? Or does he only support freedom of expression for some people? (Answer not required, as we know what it is…).

Ali a professor of medicine. Is he the muslim doctor who teaches muslim students to prescribe the wrong medicine on purpose to jewish and other non muslim patients? I saw a video of a muslim woman doctor who stated the she would give any jewish patient the wrong medicine to harm them. Would you ever feel safe going to see a muslim doctor ? I sure would never be a patient to a muslim doctor.

Excellent point and it seems that the medical organizations have forgone their base line for their raison d’être, i.e., “do no harm.”
