To the surprise of absolutely no sentient being, the Senate’s senior (but by no means only) superannuated socialist, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Moscow), announced Monday that he was throwing his Russian fur hat into the ring for a fourth term as senator from the Vermont Soviet Socialist Republic. Vermont is for all intents and purposes a one-party state, as all socialist states are or quickly become, so we are now sentenced to feel the Bern until the selfless comrade is no less than 89 years old. Hey, it’s for the people!

When Bernie was a young man (many years ago) he was kick out of a commune for being too lazy. He wrote rape fantasies articles for penthouse former story magazine ,he was a mayor of a town in Vermont before becoming a Senator for Vermont .I think that covers his work record total communist loser .Who the democrats in Vermont keep voting in ,most of those voters transplants from New York city ,and other failing progressive high tax places. Is communist Bernie going to put up any “new comers”(illegal aliens ) in any of his four large lakeside houses to live the good life ? Could Vermont take in maybe a million new ,new comers with all that open space asking for a friend ,who believes Democratic run states should take and carry the load for democratic policies. Someone should ask Bernie before he turns into a total bag of mulch like the current President and become totally fully incoherent senile old man .

He was the mayor of Burlington, which he made a sister city of Yaroslavl, at that time in the Soviet Union. This was when he spent his honeymoon (of his second marriage) in the Soviet Union. I saw a couple of videos of him, singing w/ the Soviets “This land is my land” ? Imagine what a crime that would be today

The problem lies not with Bernie Sanders, but rather with the Vermonters that elected him to the Senate.for three and probably a fourth term. Something is horribly wrong if that guy can get elected so many times.

What I’ve heard is that too many New England progressives have moved to the state from MA, CT and even NY. That has easily flipped that state deep blue. Bernie himself is a Brooklyn socialist, and so are the people who moved in w/ him
