Scotland has now implemented new “hate crime” laws. First Minister Humza Yousaf is defending the legislation. Scotland’s hate laws will benefit Yousaf’s agenda regarding “Islamophobia.” He sent tax dollars to Gaza weeks after October 7 and refused to fly the Israeli flag in Scotland in solidarity with Israel after Hamas’ barbaric attack on Israel.

A Holyrood minister, Siobhian Brown MSP, said on Monday people “could be investigated” for misgendering someone online.
Those who support the new laws insist they will make Scotland more tolerant. But critics such as Rowling say the legislation could stifle free speech – and fails to extend these protections to women.
Rowling put out a series of comments on X lashing out against transgender women, including double rapist Isla Bryson, who was jailed for eight years last year for raping two women.
The attacks were carried out in 2016 and 2019 when Bryson, who was born Adam Graham, was living as a man.
A decision to initially house Bryson in an all-female jail sparked a backlash from the public and politicians – and Bryson was moved to the male estate within days.
Rowling said: “I’m currently out of the country, but if what I’ve written here qualifies as an offence under the terms of the new act, I look forward to being arrested when I return to the birthplace of the Scottish Enlightenment.”…

But she is advocating free speech and is against males pretending….for whatever advantage they can gain…to be female. “misgendering” is a stupid idea, a stupid term for something that is false. So nice to see such a sweet faced lady having a matching character! So uplifting. In any case, I do believe that ironically the Scottish new ‘anti-hate’ ‘WOKE’ and LGBT laws actually allow a very small minority in Scotland to discriminate, and even show some degree of hated, towards the majority. They seemingly have cowardly appeased and pandered to these vocal groups without giving any thought to the matter.
Over the centuries, when any person stumbled across anything ‘unnatural’ (by this I mean something that deviates from norms) it is ‘natural’ that he / she will experience some actual (physical) feelings of apprehension and discomfort discomfort. The person does not choose to feel this way, it happens automatically. It’s not a subjective contemplation. These feelings, I feel, give rise to instilled beliefs which further give rise to ill-sentiment. The person is not guilty of anything.
The feelings become entrenched over time to the now. So now, using myself as an average example, I feel very uncomfortable in the presence of a transgender person – especially if they have had some kind of medical procedure done. I am never rude, as there most probably are, in many cases, compelling reasons to do it. But by the same token, this does not cancel out the feelings that arise when I’m in their company – and the feelings arise in and of themselves. (sorry for repeats etc). Whilst polite, I walk away.
So I reckon (Aussie version of ‘figure’) it is actually unethical and even immoral for these ‘populist’ ‘new age’ groups just to come along over the last few years and whilst showcasing their self-indulgence in themselves (“I want this” “I’m allowed that” etc) to outlaw all the thoughts, feelings and opinions of everyday people that have been instilled over the centuries in response to things that deviate from the norm.
‘Those that support the laws insist it will make Scotland more tolerant’. But the question is why should anyone tolerate something they don’t wish to? This is definitely discrimination against everyday people.
I agree that we shouldn’t be rude, abrupt or whatever. But I believe I have the right to physically separate myself from their company. And it’s not through hate or discrimination. It’s just that I feel very uncomfortable around them, Also, I must admit, I feel (in many cases?) it’s a self-indulgent imposition.
I will always be polite etc, but I will never accept them as one of the ‘norm’.
Apologies for too much elaboration, but this push simply does not fit with the centuries nurtured values, beliefs and life experiences of the majority of people in any society.

Under this new Law it would appear that Yusuf Useless should be charged for the hate speech he gave in front of the Scottish Parliament when he mentioned, over and over, that there were too many white people in positions of power in Scotland and he said this with such hate in his voice declaring that Scotland needs more wee muslim pricks like himself and now the Scots are taking orders from this guy who now wants to bring half a million muslims from Gaza into Scotland which a country with a population of no more than Five and Half Million.
