I assume that she did go there without a male guardian. People should tell her to go with a male guardian as prescribed in Quran before she go berserk telling women to wear hijab whatever.
One thing for sure about muslims who like to tell other muslims how to behave is that they don’t do what they preach or tell other people.
Just like Muhammad when he had more than four wives but allowed other muslims “only” four wives. Or like the Islamist preachers who tell people to do suicide jihad but they stay behind for safety.
