Biden Sells Out Israel in UN ‘Ceasefire’ Resolution

A ceasefire doesn’t protect Israeli civilians. It protects Hamas.

Describing a “ceasefire in connection with the release of all remaining hostages” rather than a ceasefire in exchange for is deliberately ambiguous.The draft UN resolution from the Biden administration calls for “an immediate and sustained ceasefire to protect civilians on all sides, allow for the delivery of essential humanitarian assistance, and alleviate humanitarian suffering, and towards that end unequivocally supports ongoing international diplomatic efforts to secure such a ceasefire in connection with the release of all remaining hostages”.

But that makes sense as the Biden administration is following Qatar’s lead in moving away from a straight exchange and toward a ceasefire as a good thing in and of itself.

That means Israel can’t fight Hamas and can’t free its hostages. The same however is not true of Hamas.

The draft UN resolution falsely claims that a ceasefire will “protect civilians on all sides”.

There was a ceasefire on Oct 6. Furthermore, during the so-called humanitarian pause of the previous hostage exchange, Hamas terrorists carried out a terrorist attack in Jerusalem, murdering a pregnant woman and an elderly Rabbi.

So far the death toll from the truce includes Liba Dickman, a 24-year old preschool teacher pregnant with her first child, Chanah Ifergan, a 67-year-old principal and Rabbi Elimelech Wasserman, a 73-year-old rabbi. Who knows what more deaths the bloody truce will bring.

3 dead and at least 11 wounded after only 6 days of truce.

A ceasefire is not about ending attacks on Israel. It does not protect Israeli civilians. Just the opposite. It provides cover for Hamas to plan and launch further attacks like the one on Oct 7.

No such thing ever worked or will work. Hamas has made it clear that it intends to destroy Israel. Period.

What a ceasefire does is stop Israel from taking out Hamas.

    He has no virtues. None. He is the bottom of the pit in the history of American politics and America and Americans, as well as Israel and Israelis (and many others like the Ukrainians), are now fully realizing the effects of this despicable human being who, like Karl Marx, gets everything ass-backwards. Anyone doubting me, well then, just name something Karl Marx got right—or Joe Biden.

      Interestingly, Biden is so evil, deluded, and demented that he actually thinks that he is an “excellent POTUS”.

      • Joe Biden probably thinks that fellatio is an Italian opera singer, that’s how spaced out he is. Even when President Reagan was in full Alzheimer’s mode after retirement, he was probably more lucid than Biden is right now.

Yes, I’ve always been a bit on the naive side with Biden – but as all the events unfold and the real intent behind it all are made simple and succinct by Daniel, I can see that Biden is elusive, seemingly committal but not, and quite deceptive. He snuggles up to all parties concerned in the conflict, conveying unyielding support for all (being everyone’s friend?), yet doing nothing definite for anyone, till now. How often I have seen him align with the ‘Pro-Pal’ mindless masses the UN, then go back to Israel saying repeatedly ‘Israel has the right to defend itself’, along with other gestures of solidarity. He is a true chameleon! It does seem his ambiguity is a strategy
    that allows him to avoid making hard decisions, and keeping his credibility up – an ongoing technique of of ‘sitting on the fence’. I used to really admire him, thinking him forthright and noble, but not anymore. His ceasefire terms are nonsense as Daniel shows – his mentioning of the hostages is all so waffly – implying that the release of the hostages is a condition of the cease-fire when it is not. It’s completely up to interpretation and again he seems to have avoided responsibility through contrived ambiguity. He’s betrayed Yetanyahu. I’m disappointed about all this, but at least all the comments have opened my eyes.

  5. How strange it seems that Old Joe and his merry gang of morons all want a ceasefire in the Gaza-Israel situation but not a word about a ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine situation.
    Which one of these two situations would be a more financially benefit to the Biden Crime Gang ?.

  8. A funny think about the law of Moses is that many “holy men” don’t like to be told they have to conform to these Two Chief commandments;they prefer the rules and rituals.So they think that will work.
    It won’t!
    They prefer their religious rules to the actual law given

    But if the Two chief commandments are missing in a soul then no amout of religious devotion or adcherence to religious laws will suffice.
