While the European Union, the United Nations and Joe Biden push for a ceasefire, the only way Israel can secure its country from obliteration and more savage attacks aimed at its civilians is continue its war against Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hizballah and any other jihadist force that is dedicated to destroying the Jewish state. And while some in the mainstream media paint a grim picture of Israel’s lengthy battle against Hamas and cast aspersions on the IDF, they ignore the fact that Israel has used done all it could to minimize Palestinian casualties. The vast network of Hamas tunnels under highly populated civilian areas, including hospitals, and Hamas’ use of human shields has caused Israel to exercise immense restraint, beyond what any other country would be expected to do. Should however, Hizballah enter the battle against Israel in full force, the rules will change. Israel will be left with no other option but to retaliate with a force to match the threat, given Hizballah’s capabilities of inflicting extreme damage on Israel. Already Hizballah has been testing Israel with a gradual escalation, threatening to widen the regional war.

The Israeli military offered a stark warning to Hezbollah and Iran on Saturday as the war in Gaza was just days away from completing its fourth month.
Israel Defense Forces spokesman Daniel Hagari addressed Hezbollah, saying that Israel will be “ready to attack immediately” if provoked, but said they do not wish for outright war.
“We do not choose war as our first priority, but we are certainly prepared,” Hagari said.”We will continue to act wherever Hezbollah is present, we will continue to act wherever it is required in the Middle East. What is true for Lebanon is true for Syria, and is true for other more distant places.”
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant issued a similar warning this weekend, saying that even if Israel agreed to a cease-fire with Hamas, the IDF would not hesitate to strike Hezbollah if necessary….

Israel has conducted airstrikes on more than 50 Hezbollah targets in Syria and 3,400 in Lebanon since the onset of the Gaza war, which sparked a regional offensive by Iran’s proxies in allegiance with Hamas.
“Since the beginning of the war, we have attacked, from the ground and air, more than 50 such targets of Hezbollah spread throughout Syria,” Israeli army spokesman Daniel Hagari told reporters.
Since the Gaza war began on October 7, after Iran-backed Hamas invaded Israel, killing 1,200 mostly civilians and taking more than 250 hostages, the worst tensions between Iran’s biggest proxy Hezbollah and Israeli forces on its northern border have reached crisis point.
The toll from the clashes includes at least 218 deaths in Lebanon, primarily Hezbollah militants, and at least 26 civilians. In northern Israel, the conflict has claimed the lives of nine Israeli soldiers and six civilians since it commenced, with around 200,000 people displaced on both sides, fearing wider escalation….

Joe Biden does not live in Israel and neither does anyone from the UN or the EU. Any ceasefire on their terms is not only an act of appeasing cowardice it is morally reprehensible.

Absolutely correct, if you don’t live there and are not living in fear of being attacked your view is different. Israel has a justified reason to attack and destroy the people and organizations that are attacking it and their civilian population.

After witnessing the useless choice of retaliation for the 3 dead American soldiers including the dozens of those injured by the Iranian drone, I just want to grab those Generals and advisers by the shoulders and demand, “Why are you not taking advantage of the opportunity this attack, along with the 140+ other attacks, has given you to target all the Iranian munition and drone factories? It’s a natural. You would be helping Israel, and a bonus would be that it would help the Ukrainians at the same time. Of course, a few minutes before the missiles found their targets, a warning would be issued to the workers to vacate the facilities.”
Wouldn’t this have been a natural and expected reply to the Iranians who, behind the scenes, have continuously armed their proxies and also Putin? Destroying the factories could turn the Russia- Ukraine war into a needed final victory for Ukraine. Wouldn’t this reply have been more helpful to the IDF in their Hamas objective?

The first part of the title of this article read “Israel strike over 50 Hezbollah targets…” That very appropriate and necessary military action of the part of the State of Israel is a operation of important might against the brutal cruel vile and heinous Muslim terrorists savages who are the jihadists of Hezbollah.
That military move by Israel is very similar to wisdom that Thomas Jefferson had written over a hundred years ago .Mr. Jefferson wrote “With every barbarous people…force is law.”
