No information at all is given about the attacker. He could be one of those “right-wing extremists” that government officials warn us about so frequently but that we so seldom see. However, the people we most often see stabbing random passersby in France, and elsewhere in Europe, are also many times heard screaming “Allahu akbar.” Yet European political and media elites are avid to downplay the fact that such attacks occur at all, as they want to tamp down opposition to mass Muslim migration into Europe. The most likely reason why no identifying details whatsoever are given about this attacker is that he is an Islamic jihadi. Nevertheless, it is still possible that he could turn about to be something else, although then the reticence of the authorities becomes more difficult to explain. Could they sometimes wait, in cases in which the attacker is not a jihadi, to disclose any details, so as to catch out and discredit those who immediately concluded that the attacker actually was a jihadi? It is doubtful that any deception would be beneath the political and media elites in their efforts to destroy those whom they hate.
Meanwhile, Darmanin calls it an “unbearable act,” but what is he going to do in response? Just keep bearing it.
“3 people injured in stabbing attack at Gare de Lyon train station in Paris,” Associated Press, February 3, 2024:
A man injured three people Saturday in a stabbing attack at the major Gare de Lyon train station in Paris, another nerve-rattling security incident in the Olympic host city before the Summer Games open in six months.
Paris police said officers quickly detained the attacker who used a sharp weapon in the assault at around 8 a.m.
One of the people injured was in a serious condition; the other two were more lightly hurt.
Police had no other immediate details.
Posting on social media, Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin described the attack as an “unbearable act” and thanked those who detained the assailant….
John Smith says
There is a small chance that the attacker was not a jihadi, but it’s a very small chance indeed.

The new chant ban knives not islam. It was the blades fault for being in the train station. Makes sense kinda like diversity.

US Europeans have quite the conundrum when attacks like this happen: is our priority safety or is it the richness to our culture that people like him bestow upon us?
Keith O says
Here in Australia we used to have the generic description given of an attacker given if they from one of the protected groups. Something like “a male, dressed in jeans and tshirt, of medium build”. If they were white then the only thing missing from the description was the size of his shoes.
Now that is all changing now thanks to social media. The MSM can’t hide the facts anymore.
Like a grandmother was stabbed to death in front of her granddaughter at a shopping centre in Ipswich last night.
Description included that he was African.
