Two weeks ago, Canada’s Federal Court found that Justin Trudeau’s invocation of the Emergencies Act against the Freedom Convoy violated Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms. According to an Ottawa associate professor of criminology, Michael Kempa, “the Federal Court decision — unlike that of the Public Order Emergency Commission under Rouleau — is ‘legally binding’ and it makes the government ‘vulnerable.’” As expected, the consequences of the violation of Canada’s freedoms by its own prime minister are continuing to develop; “several challengers” are prepared to sue, thus complicating matters for Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland, who announced that the Liberal government is planning to appeal the Federal Court’s decision. Freeland infamously froze the bank accounts of protesters and supporters of the protestors at that time.

Several challengers to the Emergencies Act say they’re preparing to sue government officials and financial institutions after the Federal Court’s recent declaration that the invocation of the act was not justified.
Military veteran Eddie Cornell, police veteran Vincent Gircys, and Alberta contractor Jeremiah Jost said in a Jan. 29 statement on X that they will sue “those in government, the financial institutions who froze people’s bank accounts, and the police officers who beat up and injured innocent Canadians.”The move comes after Justice Richard Mosley ruled on their case on Jan. 23 and concluded that “there was no national emergency justifying the invocation of the Emergencies Act and the decision to do so was therefore unreasonable and ultra vires [beyond legal authority].”The Liberal government invoked the act in February 2022….

Time will tell. Government officials and politicians lied period. The truckers only protested the vaccine mandates. Numbers of vaccine injured and dead are mounting.
Justine Trudeau said he did not make anyone get vaccinated. When this big lie is all sorted out, and Canadians learn of the number of Doctors, nurses, healthcare workers and many other Canadians who lost their jobs and businesses because of this government…….

Those truckers (a very, very small percentage of truckers) were definitely not patriots. They were not being forced to be vaccinated unless they were travelling back and forth to the U.S.– a very reasonable requirement.
You may not recall but we were in the midst of a very serious pandemic and it was perfectly reasonable to take strong measures to curtail transmission.
Your freedom to swing your fists around stops at my nose. Of course they didn’t feel that way. Like a bunch of 2 year-olds they were going to throw a tantrum until they got their way.

All these medications were experimental, and there is a good reason it takes 10 years before they are certified. Operation Warp Speed made sense for the people most vulnerable to Covid 19, but didn’t make sense for the vast majority of healthy people. Yet, it was forced on them and there have been numerous deaths & disabilities due to the vaccine. When a medication is experimental, the ethical thing to do is to tell someone that, and then let him/her make the call on whether to take it

The “best science” says that the governments….all over the world at the same time,… along with liars and companies benefiting in their pockets big time, says they are involved in a giant ***conspiracy*** and it’s time to think twice, and then again, before acquiescing to their demands and “mandates.”
The “vaccine” was never a “vaccine”, and it did way more harm than any good that may have come from it.

Most of the raging fanatics, who scream “my body, my choice” when it comes to abortion, who put that mantra aside when it really came to their own bodies, have gone quiet about the vaccines. Astrazeneca & J&J’s vaccines have been pulled, and there are still a lot of questions on about Pfizer and Moderna. People as young as in their twenties have been dropping like flies, but thanks to the activism of Big Pharma and Big Tech, good luck getting to sue any of them

There was a young man who reported on the Freedom Convoy in Ottawa on his YouTube Channel. For his trouble he was arrested and jailed by the Police because they did not want what they were doing to get out. He was terrified. One thing that was interesting Farmers came in from the surrounding area with tanks of Diesel to fill the tanks of the protesting truckers. The Police tried to arrest them and they told law enforcement where they could stick it.
