What this jihad enabler really should do is resign in disgrace and enter a monastery to do penance for the rest of his life for all the evil he has done. His relentless and ongoing demonization of Israel has created an environment in which UNRWA aided Hamas for years under everyone’s noses, including that of Guterres, and no one at the UN seemed to care. It was and is hard to escape the conclusion that the UN had allowed itself to become an arm of the jihad against Israel. Now Guterres is trying to save face, and keep the gravy train rolling.

United Nations Secretary Secretary-General Antonio Guterres vowed on Sunday to hold to account “any UN employee involved in acts of terror” after allegations that some refugee agency staffers were involved in the October 7 Hamas attacks on Israel.
But Guterres implored governments to continue supporting the UN Refugee Agency for Palestinians (UNRWA) after multiple countries paused funding.
“Any UN employee involved in acts of terror will be held accountable, including through criminal prosecution,” the UN chief said in a statement. “The Secretariat is ready to cooperate with a competent authority able to prosecute the individuals in line with the Secretariat’s normal procedures for such cooperation.”
At the same time, he said, “The tens of thousands of men and women who work for UNRWA, many in some of the most dangerous situations for humanitarian workers, should not be penalized. The dire needs of the desperate populations they serve must be met.”…
“While I understand their concerns – I was myself horrified by these accusations – I strongly appeal to the governments that have suspended their contributions to, at least, guarantee the continuity of UNRWA’s operations,” Guterres said….

UNRWA has given untold amounts of money that has been used to dig tunnels and buy ammunition, rockets, etc. It has a long history of hatred of Israel – even as some of the funding comes from Israel. This agency is responsible for perpetuating the 1948 refugee problem – unknown in the rest of the world – when neighboring Arab states refused to take in the people displaced from the war – many whom were encouraged to leave momentarily – that they could return when Israel was decimated.

Yes, he has sat back and watched The Islam death Regime reign over the workings of the organization. His appearance suggests a weak character – there is perhaps no need for any proof of his submission to Hamas. He probably knows he is manipulated easily. Compassion and empathy for abused people is useless if it is not accompanied by a resolute stance against the offenders .’A sword in the hands of a coward is useless’ and he should realize by now even the slightest trust and respect given to Hamas employees (perhaps in a futile bid to ‘change them’?) will only be taken as weakness. This may work for westerners, but not for Arabs. Perhaps if he heard tapes of Hamas employees laughing about him behind closed doors, he may be able to raise a bit of character and self- respect.
