Israel “does not need to be lectured on morality in order to distinguish between terrorists and the civilian population in Gaza,” Yoav Gallant said in a statement.
“The International Court of Justice in The Hague went above and beyond, when it granted South Africa’s antisemitic request to discuss the claim of genocide in Gaza, and now refuses to reject the petition outright,” he said.
“Those who seek justice, will not find it on the leather chairs of the court chambers in The Hague — they will find it in the Hamas tunnels in Gaza, where 136 hostages are held, and where those who murdered our children are hiding,” he said.

Dubious numbers in the extreme but if Hamas didn’t want a war with Israel and the subsequent deaths then perhaps Hamas should not have invaded Israel on Oct. 7th and perpetrated the most heinous crimes against innocent Israeli women, children and men. The actual real genocide is the intention of the Jewish people is the goal of Hamas and not those in power in the State of Israel.
About innocent children who died in Gaza because the jihadists Hamas hiding among places with children. Also this current war that Hamas started this with Israel on October 7th when it launched its brutal vicious and murderous and even vile and heinous jihadist attacks on the peaceful Jewish citizens of the State of Israel.

Obviously the ICJ circumvents the genocidal aspects of the invasion of Israel that took place on October 7, 2023. The issues concerning the ICJ have a hidden factor that should not be overlooked. The ICJ to be relevant to any degree must support the majority view of “the world”. The ” world” trying to emerge is a globalist entity which must undermine any national State that is truly a national State. Israel is a national state as the home of the Jewish people. Returning to their historic homeland, having a language and a culture of their own and being the center people of The Bible are all characteristics that globalism aims to wipe out. Russia, Serbia and other nations will also suffer lack of support for maintaining their nations character. But here the object of the ICJ decision to make Israel responsible for “Palestinian” casualties and thus must curtail their efforts at defending their homeland and people is an asymmetrical approach to saying that Israel does not have the right to defend itself. That this decision is also anti-Semitic is clear enough but it also upholds the globalist agenda. Another aspect overlooked is that Hamas places armament in civilian areas like schools, playgrounds, hospitals UN facilities and so on. Thus the ICJ is not upholding the term “justice” by this decision.
