Why does this keep happening? Yes, sexual molestation happens all over. But we see Muslim migrants involved in this kind of story is seen on a not infrequent basis. Why? One reason may be because such treatment of infidel women is sanctioned in the Qur’an.
In France, a Muslim quoted Qur’an while raping his victim. A survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK has said that her rapists would quote the Qur’an to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam. Thus it came as no surprise when Muslim migrants in France raped a girl and videoed the rape while praising Allah and invoking the Qur’an. In India, a Muslim gave a Qur’an and a prayer rug to the woman he was holding captive and repeatedly raping. And the victim of an Islamic State jihadi rapist recalled: “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God…He said that raping me is his prayer to God.” In India, a Muslim kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old Hindu girl, and forced her to read the Qur’an and Islamic prayers. In Pakistan, another Christian woman recounted that her rapist was also religious: “He threw me on the bed and started to rape me. He demanded I marry him and convert to Islam. I refused. I am not willing to deny Jesus and he said that if I would not agree he would kill me.” Rapists demanded that another girl’s family turn her over to them, claiming that she had recited the Islamic profession of faith during the rape and thus could not live among infidels.
The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their veils close around them. That will be better, so that they may be recognized and not molested. Allah is always forgiving, merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

The Landshut district court sentenced a 29-year-old to nine months in prison for sexual harassment, exhibitionism and other crimes. On a train ride to Dorfen on July 7, 2023, he behaved disgustingly towards an eleven-year-old.
Dorfen/Landshut – It was supposed to be a carefree visit to the aunt. But the train ride to Dorfen turned into a horror trip for a little woman from Landshut. As the eleven-year-old later told the police, she had already noticed the man sitting opposite her on the train at the train station. According to the indictment, the Somali man stroked her bare knee twice. When she moved away, he followed her. Passengers came to her aid.
When they arrived at the train station in Dorfen, the 29-year-old showed her and her aunt the middle finger. In his culture, “a real man” doesn’t ask a woman for long, but rather grabs hold of her, he later told a police officer, who described the defendant as a witness as “out of control” and aggressive.
Regional medical examiner Dr. Hubert Näger spoke of a schizophrenic illness. The documents from the Berggrub prison record that the 29-year-old talked to his dead mother and sometimes picked leaves from the trees and ate them while walking in the yard. According to Näger, the defendant’s behavior towards the girl and other people on July 7th was due to alcohol addiction.
The defendant reported that he came to Germany in 2015 to lead a better life. “But that didn’t work.” The 29-year-old denied the allegations. He only touched the girl’s knee in a “comforting” way because she seemed overwhelmed in the crowded train.
He also denied another disgusting accusation: the public prosecutor accused him of exposing himself and showing his penis on the train platform in front of a woman and her two-year-old child. The 29-year-old explained that he was holding a vodka bottle in one hand and a can of Red Bull in the other. How could he have let his pants down?
What made matters worse was that the man had already been convicted of sexual harassment and had now violated the conditions. However, on this point the court had to stop the proceedings.
Defense attorney Marcus Gottschalk explained that it was a case of statement against statement everywhere. He himself admitted that his client had touched the girl. However, sexual motivation cannot be proven. And in the other cases you only have witnesses “who report from around the corner”. That’s why he demanded acquittal. His client’s problem is alcohol.
Judge Stefan Kolb, however, found the girl to be credible, as did the witnesses. He ultimately sentenced the 29-year-old to a total prison sentence of nine months for sexual harassment, threats, insults and exhibitionistic acts, which meant he remained two months below the prosecutor’s request. In the reasons for the verdict, Kolb said to the defendant: “You are the problem, not the alcohol.”

According to the French “court” he was an alcoholic ,is that new excuse for sexual assaulting an 11 year old girl ??Their are millions of alcoholics world wide that do not sexual attack anyone ,even if he was blind black out drunk (how could you do anything sexual in that state) does that excuse the sexual assault ??He gets 9 months in prison only 9 months ,if he assaulting a police officer he would get more time never mind an 11 year old child.

The Judge probably doesn’t “think” any such thing. Judges are usually prevented from sentencing perverts to what they actually deserve.
In the U.S…..I have no idea about German laws….some laws allow the judges greater discretion when sentencing; while other jurisdictions have strict guidelines as to what lengths of time are allowed to be given as punishment.
The legislatures assign the rules to courts and judges have to follow those.

A number of years back, there was a similar case in Austria in which an Iraqi Muslim migrant in his early 20’s brutally sodomized a 10-year-old boy at a swimming pool because he (the migrant) was having a “sexual emergency” since he hadn’t had sex for a few months.
As someone on here noted, “How many civilized men have had periods like that when they haven’t had sex for a few months, or even up to a year or more? I think they would agree that it’s part of life, and they don’t go around raping young kids and others.”
The migrant could have tossed himself off, or taken a cold shower, or visited an adult sex worker for a paid, discreet, consensual encounter. Yes, perhaps not the most moral thing in the world, but infinitely less heinous than what he did.

Back in the early 1990’s, the singer Shannon Hoon of the band “Blind Melon” (who later died of a drug overdose in October 1995; their most famous song is “No Rain”) was performing at a concert in Vancouver, Canada, and he disrobed and urinated on several people in the audience, for which he was arrested and charged with indecency.
At the time, some fans were trying to defend Hoon by saying that he had been drunk at the time, so it “wasn’t so bad.” However, there was a Canadian cop who said, “Well, even if he was drunk, that doesn’t excuse him for it. If that jerk had tried to piss on me, I would have pepper-sprayed him.”
It’s true, that too many people try to use drunkenness or drug influence as an excuse for despicable behavior towards others. And by the way, RIP Shannon Hoon, who was a talented guy and was apparently an overall good person despite that. He did pay a fine, give a lot of money to a charity, and apologize to the audience and his fans.

It’s because Muslims are often seen by many people in the Left as either an elevated, protected class and/or Noble Savages who don’t know any better, or who cannot be expected to control themselves.
In Germany and Austria, there are a lot of people who are refugees from the Yugoslavian Civil War in the 1990s, and now refugees from the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Yet, you don’t see a high number of “rapefugees” amongst them (not even for Bosnian Muslims, to their credit).
However, you do see a lot of “rapefugees” amongst refugees/migrants who are from the Middle East, North Africa, Chechnya, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Why is that? Also, that’s not to blame every individual, or even every Muslim, who comes from one of those regions or countries.
