The IDF may have had information about the conditions of Svirsky and Shalabi that led it to have “concerns regarding their well-being.” Did hostages released weeks ago have some information about their wellbeing, how they were faring without needed medicines, or whether they were being physically mistreated, perhaps even tortured — for fun — by their captors? Something was bothering the IDF about these two hostages. Perhaps It already knew that their captors had killed them? And will Noa Argamani herself be allowed to live, and eventually to be part of a hostages-for-prisoners swap, since she would be able to then tell the world as to what she thinks actually happened to Shalabi and Svirsky.
Monday’s video followed a previous Hamas production from the prior day, when the terror group released chilling footage featuring undated, edited-together clips of Argamani, Svirsky, and Sharabi identifying themselves to the camera, describing their plight, and asking to go home.
The 37-second clip, which marked 100 days since the hostages’ abduction, ended with the chyron: “Tomorrow [Monday] we will inform you of their fate.”…
Who knows how long ago that video clip was filmed? It is like all the other Hamas-created videos, where terrified hostages are told exactly what to say, to plead for their return home, which Hamas now insists can only happen once the IDF has stopped its fighting. The endless psychological torture inflicted on the families of hostages, the teasing chyron about the news to be released the very next day — news that turned out to be the announcement by Noa Argamani of the deaths of Itai Svirsky and Yossi Shalabi, both of them attributed to airstrikes by the IDF. In fact, Argamani is made to claim that when an IDF bomb first killed Shalabi, “Al Qassam [Hamas] soldiers saved my life and Itay’s.” Goodness, here we have Hamas members being presented as rescuing Israeli hostages from under the rubble resulting from an IDF airstrike.
The Iran-backed terror group said on Sunday that it had lost contact with some hostages as Israel continued its military campaign in Gaza.
This may well be true. There are reports that some of the captives were being held by the other main terror group in Gaza, Palestinian Islamic Jihad. And the Israelis also believe that some Gazan civilians took advantage of the pogrom unleashed on October 7 to seize some of the Israelis for themselves and brought them back to their homes in Gaza, to be used as sex slaves, and others simply as slaves. Hamas may not know where they are being held. For those who may be keeping them, these Israelis are disposable objects, to be discarded whenever their Palestinian masters tire of them.
“The fate of many of the enemy’s hostages and detainees has become unknown in recent weeks and the rest are all in the tunnel of the unknown due to the Zionist aggression,” Hamas spokesperson Abu Obeida said in a televised statement. “Most likely, many of them were killed recently, the rest are in great danger every hour, and the enemy’s leadership and army bear full responsibility.”
This is a warning to the IDF and an attempt to get hostage families to put more pressure on their government to stop its fighting. Abu Obeida explains that it is the actions of the IDF that are responsible for the deaths of some of the hostages; it is the Zionist entity’s “leadership and army” who should be held responsible. So stop your attacks, call off your fighters, your airstrikes, your tanks, and give the hostages a chance to survive.
In the end, we may never know just how some of the hostages died in Gaza. Some bodies will never be turned over, if those hostages were killed by Hamas. Their bodies will likely be burned to ash and bones, and buried somewhere in Gaza. Hamas will attribute all deaths of hostages to the IDF. The army of pro-Palestinians will not question that version.
The atrocities committed by Hamas did not stop on October 7; for the hostages and their families, they continue to this day.

The horrible reality is that taking into account the brutal cruel malicious Islamic character of the jihadists of Hamas, those hostages who had been kidnapped did suffer unconscionable abuse from those horrendously sadistic Hamas jihadists.
Such horrific treatment of those hostages is of no surprise when taking into account the demonic brutal cruel religion that Hamas has its foundation on, which of course is Islam, Surah 5:33. 9:123
