Nashville: Muslim father, mother, brother punch, spit on, and scratch boy with knife for converting to Christianity

I told you this kind of thing would start happening in the U.S. But that idea was “Islamophobic.”

This boy is in serious danger. The death penalty for apostasy is part of Islamic law. It’s based on the Qur’an: “They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allah. But if they turn away, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them and take not from among them any ally or helper.” (Qur’an 4:89)

A hadith depicts Muhammad saying: “Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him” (Bukhari 9.84.57). The death penalty for apostasy is part of Islamic law according to all the schools of Islamic jurisprudence.

This is still the position of all the schools of Islamic jurisprudence, both Sunni and Shi’ite. Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, the most renowned and prominent Muslim cleric in the world, has stated: “The Muslim jurists are unanimous that apostates must be punished, yet they differ as to determining the kind of punishment to be inflicted upon them. The majority of them, including the four main schools of jurisprudence (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, and Hanbali) as well as the other four schools of jurisprudence (the four Shiite schools of Az-Zaidiyyah, Al-Ithna-‘ashriyyah, Al-Ja’fariyyah, and Az-Zaheriyyah) agree that apostates must be executed.”

Qaradawi also once famously said: “If they had gotten rid of the apostasy punishment, Islam wouldn’t exist today.”

A Muslim family in Nashville, Tennessee, was arrested early Tuesday for allegedly assaulting their son for converting to Christianity, according to local reports.

The victim told police his father, mother, and brother repeatedly punched him and spat in his face, according to an arrest warrant obtained by FOX 17.

Arrest records show the mother, Rawaa Khawaji, scratched the back of his right hand with a knife.

The victim accused his family of demanding that he renounce Christianity and return to Islam….

Responding Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) officers were reported to have found the victim “trembling and wide-eyed” with “disheveled hair.” The victim also appeared to have been “cut haphazardly” with lumps on his face….

Online records show the brother, John Kadum, and the father, Nick Kadum, were released Tuesday afternoon.

The mother, Rawaa Khawaji, remains in custody on a charge of domestic violence.

  1. Islam is Marxism and Naziism in a different wrapper, declaring itself, as the others, to have the power of a God to dictate every facet of human life. They all declare themselves to be the “master” people and will rule the earth by whatever means necessary.

    Islam, however, as a war-incentive religion, is a step more odious in its claim to have the power of death over Unbelievers and Apostates while the others jail and limit their critics.

    Imagine how different the Ukraine War would be if it was an Islamic nation. The ~600,000 fighting-age men who left Ukraine would have only had the choice to die in battle or at the hands of relatives – the real reason Islam has a death penalty for apostasy.

    Kudos to Nashville for upholding the law. Consequence for its actions is a limit Islam recognizes while being a weak minority.

  2. One very good way to describe this twenty –first century “War of Ideas” is that of a great a conflict and a clash between Christianity and Islam. As explained by the Christian author, William Wagner,, in his book which is entitled HOW ISLAM PLANS TO CHANGE THE WORLD had explained on page 155 about a meeting that he had with a Muslim cleric , which reads “Several years ago one Imam told me that ,prior to 1990, the greatest enemy to Islam was Communism but now it is the Christian missions.” Further, on page 208 the Wagner had written about some zealous Muslims that “They have failed to stop Christian missions. They see Christian missions as their number one enemy.” On the very next page the reader is informed that “Christianity remains the number one buffer against Islam, a fact readily recognized by those who seek a world wild ummah.” [1]

  3. The poor kid, and yet rich for having abandoned the evils of islam and embracing the richness of the “Truth” Jesus said will “set you free.”

    Good for him, going to the police, even though he is in fear of his very life, evidently mostly from his *mother*…and others who should love and protect him.
    Good for the police, taking his claims seriously and good for those responsible for holding the witch in custody.
    Hopefully there will be a jury which members have some knowledge of the evils of islam and find these creepy perps guilty as charged.

  4. When the “family” ultimately appears in court, will the prosecutor know enough about Islam to cite specific passages from Qur’an, hadith, sira, the opinions and rulings of “Islamic scholars”, etc. to hang their criminal acts on their so-called religion?

    Will the jury be vetted to eliminate members of the “from the river to the sea” mob and other pro-Islam activists?

    If the judge does not already know what horror Islam teaches, will he learn from that family and the prosecutor?

    Wouldn’t it be grand if an ex-Muslim is selected to the jury?

    **Would not surprise, of course, if the defense includes an Imam to BS the jury.

  6. This kind of behavior is coming to neighborhoods across America as the muslim.islamic invasion continues on-checked. Are we going to follow Europe with no-go zones where sharia law rules and American ? law and order should be the rule?
