Derek Chauvin Released From Hospital, Sent Right Back to Where He Got Stabbed

Derek Chauvin, the convicted murderer of George Floyd who was recently stabbed 22 times by an FBI informant, is recovering, and has just been released from the hospital. He has, however, been sent back to the same Arizona prison unit where he was stabbed, with no additional protection.

According to a Monday report from Rochester, Minnesota’s KTSP, Chauvin’s attorney Gregory Erickson said: “I had a telephone conference with Derek’s family yesterday, and they confirmed that his medical condition has improved to the extent that he has been removed from the trauma care facility at a local Tucson hospital and returned to prison custody for his follow up care.” So much for the good news. However: “His family is very concerned about the facility’s capacity to protect Derek from further harm. They remain unassured that any changes have been made to the faulty procedures that allowed Derek’s attack to occur in the first place.”

Indeed. If the Biden regime and its allies and henchmen throughout our green and pleasant land hadn’t made it so abundantly clear that fair play and equal justice for all are absolutely their number-one priorities in all cases, without fear or favor, one might almost get the impression that powerful people wouldn’t be troubled in the least if Derek Chauvin were found dead in that Arizona prison one day soon. He is, after all, mightily inconvenient for their narrative.

When Chauvin was stabbed, he was in the law library, studying possible avenues for an appeal that might reverse the outcome of his manifestly unjust first trial. In other words, he hadn’t given up and accepted his fate as the symbol of America’s systemic racial injustice and the cruel race-based unfairness of our police forces. As long as he remains alive, Derek Chauvin could bring the whole systemic racism house of cards down on the heads of the Critical Race Theorists, and that will never do.

Even long after he dies what any decent person hopes will be a natural death at a ripe old age, Chauvin will continue to be a symbol of the decline of equal justice under the law in America. But the injustice was not done to his alleged victim George Floyd. It is being done to Derek Chauvin.

Although Floyd has become a secular saint and Chauvin a symbol of evil, the simple fact remains that Chauvin is not guilty. Chauvin is supposed to have murdered Floyd by holding his knee on Floyd’s neck despite the victim’s cries that he could not breathe. The autopsy report, however, showed “no life-threatening injuries” and no “blunt force injuries” to the neck; thus if Chauvin had murdered Floyd, he did it with extreme subtlety. The great man, however, did have fentanyl in his system; could that have had anything to do with his death?

    Now, we have an innocent man in jail whom was used basically as a pawn in the Elites’ race war that they wanted during the end of President Trump’s term in office and to hinder him getting re-elected.

    Chauvin was a scapegoat because he was white. George Floyd was already on his death bed by his drug use before the arrest started. They made a drug abuser a hero all the while convicting a man who did nothing but his job, society has gone to shit and the education system as well thanks to the democrats and republicans who side with democrats. Shame on all of you.

No cop in his right mind in this country will be proactive on the job Crime and violence will only increase(potted plants just stand there and let it happen will be the average cop protected attitude) and the areas that will suffer the most are going to be poor black and brown ones. Floyd had three times amount of fentanyl to kill the average man in his system ,plus other drugs in his system ,plus an unlaying heart condition .The democratic leaders of this country made him Floyd a folk hero a violent drug up thug who died of an overdose of drugs resisting arrest for passing a fake 20 dollar bill to buy smokes. .This country had billions of dollars of damage done in many cities with the rioting, and over 20 people lost their lives in the summer of Floydist 2020.Harris who was running with Biden wanted the democratic party to bail out the arrested rioters .Many people in power would be more then happy if Chauvin was Epsteined in prison .

    • I’m fascinated by your ability to see through the internet to determine that all commenters here are white, just what it is that is supremacist about expecting a functional legal system the officers of which work according to established legal principles, and the idea that what you don’t like about facts is inexpressible (except in a foul, unenlightened manner), all as you command that some individual you don’t know must break the law of the land and move to abridge freedom of speech.

      Maybe people here and elsewhere are right that there’s something moving and that it’s anti-human rights. Now who would be so opposed to basic human rights?

      Apparently you’ve not read the Quran nor read the original autopsy report of Mr. Floyd. You can argue over the causes of Floyd’s death yet you cannot with certainty ascribe a single cause. A man was incarcerated as the single cause. The case, most likely, will be reviewed.

      Please don’t sell propaganda here. We prefer honest, though it might be offending, speech. You are, of course, welcome. It might help to back up your assertions with supporting evidence.

A drug addict thug with enough drugs in his system to kill at least three people ,who also had a unknown heart condition resisted arrest and had heart failure. When he was standing up right before playing catch ass with the officers he stated he was having trouble breathing. For the record EMS did not get there until 25 min. after they were called.If you do not like what was said or can point out how it is racist please do so.By the way of adding another point the other two cops on the scene one was black the other Asian they are both in jail also with lower change then murder 2.If you where an officer on the scene what would you do ?
