A tragic love story? Yes, like Europe’s mass migration policies.
In the Qur’an, a mysterious figure, known as Khidr in Islamic tradition, kills a boy in an apparently random and gratuitous attack. He then explains: “And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief. So we intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy.” (18:80-81)
And according to Islamic law, “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (Reliance of the Traveller o1.1-2).
Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide. The Palestinian Authority gives pardons or suspended sentences for honor murders. Iraqi women have asked for tougher sentences for Islamic honor murderers, who get off lightly now. Syria in 2009 scrapped a law limiting the length of sentences for honor killings, but “the new law says a man can still benefit from extenuating circumstances in crimes of passion or honour ‘provided he serves a prison term of no less than two years in the case of killing.’” And in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that “Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values.”
“Wife killed with 19 stab wounds: Syrian (35) sentenced to 20 years in prison,” translated from “Ehefrau mit 19 Messerstichen getötet: Syrer (35) muss 20 Jahre in Haft,” Exxpress, December 13, 2023 (thanks to Medforth):
A Syrian (35) admitted at the Vienna Regional Court on Wednesday that he killed his wife, who was seven years his junior, with a kitchen knife on July 3, 2023 in Vienna-Ottakring. He has now been sentenced to 20 years in prison. The judgment is final.
“She was the love of his life,” said defense attorney Manfred Arbacher-Stöger. However, she was in love with another man and wanted to leave his client. Then he stabbed. He inflicted a total of 19 stab wounds on her neck, chest, stomach and extremities. The woman had no chance of survival. He then jumped out of the window, but survived the fall from the couple’s first floor apartment.
The defendant came to Vienna in 2023
The defendant and the murdered woman – both from Syria – were married in their homeland in 2010. Three children were born between 2016 and 2020, and in 2021 the wife and mother moved to Vienna – her parents, who have been living in Austria for a long time, brought their daughter. The rest of the family subsequently settled in Vienna, and the defendant also came to Vienna in the early summer of 2023. “The relationship began to have a crisis. “He suspected that his wife might have another man,” said the prosecutor. On July 2nd – one day before the crime – the woman finally confessed to the defendant that she had actually fallen in love elsewhere. “He then decided to solve the matter for himself,” the prosecutor stated.

You should not challenge the verities of the only true faith, otherwise death beckons!

He began raping her when she was 15. He did not “love” her. He was jealous of the other individual with whom she was in love.
She was making a better choice in her life and he didn’t want that. The scum believed he had the right to murder her as she was “disobedient” and deserved to die.
Twenty years is not enough. He murdered her in a horrible way, and left her children without a mother. He should be made to forfeit his own life, because he took hers.
Ray Jarman says
Yes, they could refer to it as retroactive abortion since the left (Austria is not as far left as some others) believes that abortions should be performed even after birth and if not, then at least life without parole in a maximum prison without his unholy-Quran.
somehistory says
The “left” has no concern nor sympathy, or love, for the unborn children, but overflow with concern, sympathy and some kind of affection for the worst criminals.
Hoi Polloi says
Yes, even those opposed to death sentences should see the need. Except that creator of the ridiculous “tragic love story,” who seems to have no soul.
somehistory says
“No soul” seems to be a pandemic condition today.
Ernie says
You’re right Hoi Polloi . Times have changed . We have to reintroduce and execute capital punishment .
James Lincoln says
Agree, somehistory.
In a sane world, this would be a capital crime.
Jeckel says
They are breeding the next generation of rapists, terrorists and Islamic fascists that will take over more land, turning towns/cities into no-go zones for non-Muslims and eventually nowhere will be safe for us.

Gosh
Tony Rice says
Well after all, it is THE religion of LOVE and PEACE, what more can we expect.
Ernie says
This was butchery , poor woman ; and her children will have to live with life long trauma . Too bad we don’t hang people in Europe . Our laws must change , they don’t fit these times . Reintroduction of capital punishment is needed , sad but necessary .

“He then jumped out of the window, but survived the fall from the couple’s first floor apartment.”
Another Muslim genius.
They want to run the whole world, you know.
abu taleb says
The defense attorney has smeared blood of the poor woman on his hands. How could he say such heartless lie?

‘Muslim migrant murders wife with 19 stab wounds, his lawyer says it’s a ‘tragic love story’….’
So this lawyer is a standup comedian in his spare time, and this is his idea of a sick joke?
Goofy says
It must have been love …
Marriage according to Islamic law is either a fair and balanced prostitution contract (Nika Muta) or iit is a one sided open ended ownership arrangement.
Why would you put fire on your Mercedes if it were not to get the insurance money.
There was no money to gain from this murder so “it must have been love …” (or hurt pride also known as Muslim honour). In either case his action was well within his religious freedom and he should be let off with a warning against killing his future wives as it is held as bad taste in infidel Austria.

So he murdered her in a jealous rage, but expected her not to be jealous if he took another wife.

Deport him, after he serves a life sentence
