Switzerland: Muslim migrants sleep, urinate in church, ‘If you acted like this in a mosque, they would kick you out’

The celebration of diversity is getting a bit pungent in Switzerland.

“Uncomfortable with ‘squatters,’ a Church temporarily closes,” translated from “Mal à l’aise avec des «squatteurs», une Église ferme temporairement,” 20 Minutes, November 13, 2023 (thanks to Medforth):

A handful of homeless people had taken up residence in a Lausanne church, irritating the faithful. The place was evacuated and cordoned off, before a decision was made on Monday evening.

“Churches must remain open to all, but a minimum of respect is required. If you acted like this in a mosque, they would kick you out, and they would be right!” Olivier* complains. This Christian is used to praying at the Montriond church. Last week, the Lausanne resident found three homeless North Africans eating or sleeping under blankets, “breaking the silence with their snoring.”

The situation has deteriorated since the concierge went on sick leave three months ago. The latter told us that he even found urine in the church one day. The drop in temperatures and the fact that emergency night accommodation closes around 8 a.m. doesn’t help matters. From one person at the beginning, we increased to three when Olivier visited.

Temple evacuated and closed
At the entrance to the church, a job search advertisement was posted, although it is stipulated that this is prohibited. Its author admits that he often comes to rest and eat there. “We have the right to do that in mosques,” asserts this 53-year-old Moroccan, who has already been reminded that this is not the case here. Jean-Daniel Courvoisier, one of the pastors concerned, confirms the problem without saying more. The subject will be debated at the Parish Council this Monday evening.

Faced with this situation, the President of the Council had the temple evacuated and closed last Thursday, “the time to find a solution consistent with Christian charity and the respect due to this place of worship which cannot be transformed into a squat…” specified Marlyse Dormont.

According to our interlocutors, this affair has nothing to do with the occupation in 2014 of the Lausanne church of Saint-Laurent by around fifty activists wishing to “support migrants.”

  1. These migrants need to be put to work to earn their way even if it’s just sweeping the streets and picking up trash. If they are physically fit enough to find their way to Europe from Africa and the Middle East they are fit enough to do the most menial of tasks. Right now they are just taking advantage of the goodwill of decent people and these migrants are actually no better than thieves.

    • No they need to be removed from the nation as the Muslim immigrant has zero respect for home nation. One hive mentality: conquer and destroy host nation to make it Islamic, caliphate.

  3. Bring them to the public square and put them in a Pillory, the 17th-century device used for punishment by public humiliation with holes for securing the head and hands. Explain how they desecrated the church. Explain they will be secured in the pillory for 4 days as punishment and town children can heckle them and throw some rotten fruit at them. Then tell them if they are caught doing it again, the pillory will be for ten days and adults will be able to throw more dangerous things at them. A 17th century punishment is perfect for Muslims who have a 10th century outlook on life.

    • A most civilised and appropriate punishment – but please! Desert dwellers in an Alpine country just makes no sense.

  4. Church tries to depict itself as a holy place by disallowing homeless people to sleep there, but it is against the teaching of Christianity.

    On the other hand, mosque does allow people to sleep there, and also allows people to get killed in a mosque, and even let mosques to pile arms, to become place to rape capture women etc. (does anybody ever see muslims complain that the perpetrators do that?) It is indeed in line with Islamic teaching.

    • Abu Teleb, Some good points and to add just one if I may. Why do the filthy hyenas not go and sleep, urinate and defecate on the prayer rugs in their beloved mosques? The question is rhetorical.

  5. Don’t you Christians see what’s going on?

    This is a humiliation ritual. They want to see how much you’ll put up with and still call yourself a part of this new satanic church.

    Christianity does NOT condone homosexuality, transvestitism, or any paraphilia. It does NOT recognize the abomination known as gay “marriage.” It does NOT direct it’s followers to commit cultural suicide by ignoring human nature. It forbids the willful slaughter of innocent babies. It FORBIDS participating in the modern currency Ponzi scheme that utilizes usuary to destroy the family and church. It does NOT condone anti-White or any other form of racism. It teaches that charity is a willful sacrafice for others, not a high-paid career. It also teaches that false prophets like this pope would twist scripture to make the faithful turn away from God and instead turn towards the antichrist.

  6. This is what you get when coward politicians don’t deal with the illegal Muslim invasion jihad immediately. In this case deportation to Morroco should be done on day one on a return flight to Morroco. As usual those coward politicians leave citizens holding the bag.
