America continues to be dragged down on every level, including in sports and entertainment, as well as on campuses and in schools, by the forces of Islamic politics and culture, and by wokeism. The keffiyeh is a symbol of the Palestinian “resistance” (that is, jihad terror) against Israel. It has no place in America; it represents an incitement to violence and hatred.

NBA and Irving’s current team Mavericks had earlier confirmed their support Israel after last month’s attack on the country by Hamas.

Irving also caused major disruption in the NBA when he promoted Black Lives Matter.

The red-green axis continues to erode the West and bring about its collapse. Sports heroes were once innocently celebrated in America, until the woke and Islamic supremacists entered the picture. Kyrie Irving and his keffiyeh should not be tolerated by his team; yet they are likely afraid to challenge him, which speaks in itself.

NBA star Kyrie Irving attended a Saturday post-match press conference wearing a keffiyeh to show solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza, where Israeli attacks since Oct. 7 have killed 13,000 people besides leaving a vast trail of destruction.

In the press conference, Dallas Mavericks’ Australian-American guard Irving wore the headdress, which is considered a symbol of Palestinian resistance.

Visitors Dallas Mavericks lost against the Milwaukee Bucks 132-125 at Fiserv Forum. Irving scored 39 points.

An eight-time NBA All-Star, Irving, 31, is one of the important players in the league, and won the 2016 NBA title with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

He has 12 years of NBA experience, previously playing for the Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets before his move to the Mavericks earlier 2023.

  1. Why does Mark Cuban remain silent. It’s nice his team supports Israel, but he should make a public statement personally.

    If this Aussie loves the palis so much perhaps he should sponsor several hundreds of thousands of them to Queensland.

  5. So done with professional sports. This serves as another example why. In fact, I would argue anyone still watching American professional sports is ill-serving America—no exceptions.

    • Sadly agree. I haven’t watched an MLB or NHL game in about six years now, as it’s clearly no longer about sports per se; what was once a great uniting thing has become yet one more way for the left to divide.

Although it makes me angry, to see people who are racist against Jews, who lie about it, who think its all a big game, and nobody and nothing can stop them from doing whatever they want, no matter how much they celebrate people who again and again have been proven to be racist, and filled with hate. I know that its not true, the battle rages right now, and people like this basketball player, condemn their own people, to a darker fate, that they will be powerless to stop, when it happens. When they realize that they have caused their own people tremendous suffering, it will be too late for them to do anything positive.
    An extra gift of pleasure, from G-d, remember, smile, and think with joy, at how the worst mass murders of africans in the history of black people, possibly the most horrible massacre in the world, due to how long it lasted, its cruelty, and its profitability, was carried out by arab muslims who wore similar garb that this black idiot wears. With joy, how G-d has shamed the stupidity and hate of Jew hating black american men. In G-d I trust.

    I remember when my father first brought my brother and I to see the Celtics at the old Boston Garden in the mid 60s. And we had seats right down by the scorekeeper!

    The highlight was seeing the Boston Celtics go up against the Los Angeles Lakers. The Celtics were absolutely incredible, led by Bill Russell, John Havlicek, and Sam Jones. The Lakers were led by Jerry West and Elgin Baylor, two of the most dominant players in the league.

    I somehow knew that I was saying something special. My father told me, son, you’ll never see the game of basketball played better than this. And he was right. The Celtics dynasty would have never happened without coach Red Auerbach, redefining basketball as a game dominated by team play and defense, and introducing the fast break as a potent offensive weapon. The Celtics went on to have some really great teams and players, but nothing would match the excitement of their 1960s dynasty at Boston Garden.

    With today’s woke anti-American NBA, I have completely lost interest – and would not attend a game even if given free “first-class” tickets, transportation, complimentary dinner – and champagne.

    I’m totally done with it.

    • Celtics vs Lakers. I loved that rivalry. Classic. Nowadays, not much to like much less love.

    • My Dad took me to my first basketball game at the LA Forum with the Lakers led by Jerry West. In later years West still led the Lakers as GM. Back in that day everyone was all in with Magic Johnson but my favorite players were the no nonsense professionals Michael Cooper and James Worthy.

  13. People in the U.S. are ignorant to the history of Islam. It preaches that the Jews must be eradicated off the face of the Earth. Needs it is he understand Islamic slave trade, which still goes on today. I do not watch the NBA and now I even watch it less!
