A United Airlines pilot has been ‘removed from service with pay’ after posting dozens of messages on Facebook expressing support for Hamas in the aftermath of the terror group’s barbaric assault on Israel that killed 1,200 people on October 7.
United pilot Ibrahim R. Mossallam described the attack on civilians across southern Israel as ‘resistance by brave people who have endured decades of occupation, oppression, humiliation, apartheid, and straight up murder.’
‘For all my friends here in FB land with Questions/Thoughts/Assumptions/Critique about what’s transpiring in Palestine, currently in response to the Zionist occupation, please work on expanding your media literacy,’ he added.
Mossallam said that the US media is ‘heavily politicized and skewed to show a non-occupying narrative of Palestine.’
The disgraced pilot also argued that the attack on Israel was ‘not provoked’ but rather was a ‘response to years of attacks by the Zionist regime.’
On Tuesday, United told DailyMail.com that Mossallam was taken out of service with pay as an investigation is carried out. The carrier said that Mossallam was only removed from service on November 20, the same day that his social media posts became public knowledge.
In addition to his flying career, Mossallam is also the board vice president for the New York chapter of the Council on American-Israel Relations….

Many people who are “investigated” for one reason or another, are suspended without pay. Why do they need to “investigate” this matter when he posted his views online? It’s isn’t like he did something in secret and some rumor was going around about him.
I recall some creeps from years ago who were hired as school teachers but not allowed to teach, just given an empty classroom where they sat all day not earning the pay they received.
What’s to keep other mozlums….and c.a.i.rats…from doing the same and expecting to get paid for doing nothing?

I recall some years ago that a mozlum pilot flew a big jet into the ground…killing the passengers. Can’t recall all of the details, but there was much denial about his having done it deliberately.

Missing Malaysia Flight MH370 was likewise piloted by a devout Muslim named Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah, who was also a political activist. The co-pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid was likewise a practicing Muslim. The circumstances surrounding MH370 include the bizarre shut down of virtually all of the plane’s communication systems.
While it’s important not to jump to conclusions in either case as the facts are not known, it’s equally important to determine the profiles of Muslim Kamikaze Jihad pilots. As far as QZ8501, there is little to no interest in pointing out that the pilot was a devout Muslim who came from the most heavily populated Muslim country in the world – Indonesia.
In 1999, a Muslim Kamikaze Jihad pilot named Gamil el-Batouty killed 217 people when he commandeered EgyptAir Flight 990 which crashed off the coast of New England. El-Batouty was heard saying several times during the plane’s descent, “I rely on Allah” in Arabic. A 2002 report from the Guardian didn’t point out the possibility that el-Batouty’s religion may have played a role, only that he was seeking revenge for being reprimanded for sexual misconduct.
Like Iriyanto, el-Batouty had also been an Air Force pilot for his country. A 2012 article that was published in the Atlantic included the following excerpt:
Experts informed viewers of Egyptian television that it was impossible for el Batouty to have taken his own life because he was a good Muslim and suicide is haram (forbidden) in Islam.”
