George Galloway, Antisemitic and Demented, Denies October 7 Atrocities Ever Happened

George Galloway, a former Labour MP who was booted out of the party in 2003 for encouraging Arabs in Iraq to attack British troops, and later lost his job on TalkRadio for his antisemitism, has now become an “October 7 denier,” claiming that the atrocities committed by Hamas never happened, and that anyone who claims they did is a “war criminal.” His early-onset dementia is reported on here: “Believing Israeli accounts of Oct. 7 makes you a ‘war criminal,’ ex-UK MP says,” by Danielle Greyman-Kennard, Jerusalem Post, November 11, 2023:

Former UK member of Parliament George Galloway posted denials of the October 7 atrocities in an X post on November 10. The post alleged that Hamas terrorists never committed rape, only one baby had been killed “by persons unknown” and that anyone stating the contrary is a “war criminal.”

“The foul allegations of rape have been dropped by the Israeli government,” Galloway said.

“The forty beheaded babies has been downscaled to one dead baby, not beheaded, and killed by persons unknown. Two thirds of Israelis killed on October 7 were military personnel. The killers of the remaining third are definitely to [sic] revealed to have been in part the Israeli Armed Forces themselves.

Neither the Israeli government, nor any other government that has been shown the videos taken that day by Hamas terrorists themselves, has “dropped” what Galloway calls “the foul allegations of rape.” These are not mere “allegations.” The corpses of the girls, some of whom had not just been raped but literally raped to death in every orifice, have been seen, and reported on, not only by Israeli journalists and officials, but by those from other countries as well, including the United States. Testimonies of eyewitnesses who managed to survive the Hamas attacks have been compiled and added to the photographic and forensic evidence. Even captured Hamas operatives have described the rapes they, and their fellows, took part in. None of this matters, of course, to George Galloway, who over the last two decades has become completely demented on the subject of Israel and Jews.

As for there being “only one dead baby,” Galloway is wrong. There were dozens of babies killed on October 7. There are photos of their corpses, or of what remains — ash and bone — after some of them were burned alive. The only kernel of truth is that while at least several babies were beheaded, the early claim of “40 beheaded babies” — which the Israeli government never made, for it was a comment by a journalist speculating as to the final count — is likely an exaggeration. Some babies are still listed as missing; their corpses have not been found. Others were burned up so thoroughly as to prevent forensic specialists from determining if they had been beheaded. The total number of babies decapitated remains to be determined.

But that there were decapitated babies is not in doubt. Reserve Col. Golan Vach, head of the National Rescue Unit in the army’s Home Front Command, claimed that he himself “found a baby with its head cut off” among the more than 100 people killed in Kibbutz Beeri, next to the Gaza Strip, and that members of his team found more decapitated children.

“I don’t think a baby with its head cut off is an accident, a rocket doesn’t do that,” Vach said.

Galloway says there was “only one baby killed and by persons unknown.” “Persons unknown”? But what is known is that it was Hamas operatives who killed the babies, burned the children, raped the girls, mutilated and murdered adults. Or does Galloway want us to believe that Israelis — possibly the IDF itself –deliberately murdered Israeli babies so that Hamas could be blamed? How much of his vicious lies are we expected to tolerate?

“Two-thirds” of those killed were military personnel, Galloway claims. In fact, there were 1200 Israelis murdered on October 7, of whom about 300 were military personnel, or one-fourth — not two-thirds — of the total.

Galloway then claims that the “remaining one-third” who were civilians were likely killed by the IDF itself. Proof is not offered; for the crazed George Galloway, no proof is ever needed. Make up an absurd and vicious claim about the Israelis, throw it out into the world, and there will always be those antisemites who will eagerly take it to heart. Since Galloway was fired from his TalkRadio job in 2019, how has he been supporting himself? He’s the head of the Workers’ Party, that he founded, and no doubt the financial contributions made to the party, which unsurprisingly includes as part of its platform the goal of establishing “Palestine from the river to the sea,” are also going to the upkeep of George Galloway. One wonders if grateful Palestinians, or Arab countries, have been funneling money to his party, or for that matter, cutting out the middleman and providing funds to Galloway directly. Would that the Inland Revenue took an interest in his finances.

In other words, according to Galloway, believing Israeli accounts of Oct. 7 makes you a “war criminal.”

Testimonies from the survivors and recordings taken from Hamas have proven the atrocities that occurred during Hamas’s October 7 invasion of Israeli territory. The Israel Police’s Lahav 433 National Crime Unit collected the testimony of a young woman who survived the massacre at the music festival in Re’im, The Jerusalem Post reported.

“As I am hiding, I see in the corner of my eyes that [a terrorist] is raping her,” one of the interviewed said of another victim while demonstrating the terrorist’s violent grasp with her hands. “She was alive beforehand; she stood on her feet, bleeding from her back. But then the situation was that he was pulling her hair. She had long, brown hair,” she was quoted as saying.

Additionally, as reported by the Post, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken confirmed that the images of babies being burnt and decapitated were authentic….

In one of the most notable moves in Galloway’s political career, he declared Bradford an “Israel-free zone.” He was given a criminal caution for inciting racial hatred by West Yorkshire Police for this move, The Guardian reported in 2014….

George Galloway is convinced that there were no babies decapitated or even killed, save possibly for one, who was killed “by persons unknown.” He claims there was no evidence of torture, or of mutilations, or of murders of civilians by Hamas on October 7. He insists there were no rapes; merely the “foul allegations” of them by the sinister Israelis. Two-thirds of those killed were IDF soldiers, and the remaining third, a small handful of whom may have been civilians (Galloway at least concedes that), were murdered not by Hamas, but by the IDF. Why the IDF should wish to kill Israelis is not made clear.

He may claim to “tremble with indignation at any injustice anywhere,” but those who have fled the Marxist hell of his friend Fidel Castro, or the eight million Venezuelans who fled the rule of Galloway’s friend Hugo Chavez , would beg to differ on his idea of “injustice.” So would the Palestinians who had to watch as Galloway’s friend, the pedophile and crook Yassir Arafat, stole billions from foreign aid that was meant for the Arabs of Gaza and the West Bank.

In addition to being a mythomane and a megalomaniac, Galloway is, of course, insane. A heady brew has been stirring in his brain for decades, of antisemitism, conspiracy theorizing, and that special ingredient, Islam (his last three wives were Muslim, and he converted to Islam in 2000). Pay him no never mind. I felt it was my duty to do so here, just to hold him up for inspection, refutation, and ridicule, but that’s my last word, I promise, and let’s hear no more of Gorgeous George Galloway.
