President Joe Biden’s State Department is refusing to commit to revoking visas for those foreign nationals in the United States who are espousing support for Hamas, a foreign terrorist organization.
Last month, as Breitbart News reported, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) wrote a letter to Secretary of State Antony Blinken requesting the agency use existing federal immigration law to revoke visas of foreign nationals in the U.S. participating in pro-Hamas rallies.
“Per 8 U.S.C. 1182, an alien is inadmissible into the United States should they represent ‘a political, social, or other group that endorses or espouses terrorist activity,’” Rubio wrote:
Hamas’ designation as a [foreign terrorist organization] makes this a clear directive to institute a thorough review of all visa holders and applicants. This should include coordination with law enforcement, both federal and state/local, as well as universities. [Emphasis added]
In response, State Department officials wrote to Rubio that the agency does, in fact, have “broad authority” over revoking visas but failed to commit to actually doing so….

As Andrew Wilkow pointed out, they’re caught b/w a rock & a hard place. If they support Hamas, they risk losing some (although sadly not all) of the Jewish vote & donors. If they condemn Hamas, they not only lose the “river-to-the-sea” muslim vote, but also some part of the Marxist vote as well. The longer this operation goes on, the more impossible it will be to unite those factions
If one recalls, both Presidents Clinton and Obama tried to get Netanyahu defeated in Israeli elections, interfering in what was essentially an internal matter of Israel. Today, it’s finally payback time for Bibi: he can continue to crack down until Hamas is destroyed not only in Gaza but also in the West Bank. In the process, the more this goes on, the more irreconcilable the differences b/w the Jewish Dems vs the “river-to-the-sea” factions of the Dems, to the extent that no Democrat candidate will be able to attract the support of both groups. The current white house dictatorship has weighed the influence of the Jewish voters against the number of voting Jihadists and decided to cave in to the Muslim majority. Down the road this will mean that Sharia will eventually erode the constitutional protections. Biden is for sale by any group that can deliver the votes and the money. No thought to preserving our constitution and rule of law.

No one should expect the “biden regime” to do the right…the legally lawful…thing.
I read a report this morning about what Rep Debbie Dingel said about the “protests”…a.k.a. riots…in the DNC making her feel more unsafe than she did during the Jan.6 thingy.
She and another rep attempted to leave the building by the back door, but it had been blocked by trash cans. So she told the group that she was going out the front way as she had often ‘spoken’ with protesters and she would speak to these protesters just as she had done before.
Suddenly, the injured police officer was brought inside and she saw the woman had been burned with the pepper spray. She was told it was too dangerous to go out and she felt afraid…more so than Jan. 6. Dingel is a democrat.
Even this won’t cause the “biden regime” to do the right thing and get rid of the violent troublemakers from other nations.

Frankly, the Biden regime is traitorous to both America and to the truth, the first being a legal treason and the latter being a moral treason. As for Biden himself, he is the quintessential example of a useful idiot in all of American history. He has no virtues and he is a monumental fool. The man is beyond dismal and I can respect no one who actually voted for this decrepit nothing for President and who has not yet repented of doing so.
