ISIS-like Hamas will use any ceasefire to its own advantage in its bloodlust to kill more Israelis; Hizballah will, too, for that matter, although it backed off from Israel as it witnessed Gaza being pounded. Hizballah recently made “arrangements to reduce the number of martyrs,” while Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati said the group was acting “wisely.”
While this protester identified herself as a Jewish rabbi, there are also, of course, Jews who do not support a ceasefire, for the very reason that Hamas and Hizballah will view a ceasefire as opportunity to ramp up the jihad. It also needs to be noted that left-leaning media frequently quote Jews who condemn Israel as a means to push their anti-Israel agenda. But groups such as J-Street in America and J-Space in Canada hold pro-Palestinian sympathies and have no understanding of what the jihad is all about; thus they serve as enablers of it.
Rabbi Jessica Rosenberg may be understandably fearful living in Muslim-dominated Minnesota. Attacks on Jews by pro-Palestinian activists have been dramatically on the rise; meanwhile, in Detroit, synagogue president Samantha Woll was found stabbed to death outside her home.
As for the Biden administration, it’s now between a rock and a hard place as it tries to continue appeasing Muslims. Biden made promises to Muslims in exchange for the Muslim vote. So now he’s openly calling for a ceasefire in Gaza in hopes of assuaging their disappointment.

President Joe Biden said Wednesday that a “pause” was needed in the Israel-Hamas war to allow more time to get “prisoners” out.
“I think we need a pause,” Biden said in response to a question from a protester who interrupted him at a campaign reception in Minnesota. Asked to clarify what a pause meant, he said: “A pause means give time to get the prisoners out. Give time.”
Negotiations to free 239 hostages, including children and the elderly, have continued since Hamas’ Oct. 7 terrorist attack killed about 1,400 people in Israel. After Hamas breached Israel’s border wall, other groups from Gaza seized additional captives.
The protester, who identified herself as Rabbi Jessica Rosenberg, said she wanted Biden to call for a cease-fire.
“Mr. President, you care about Jewish people. As a rabbi, I need you to call for a cease-fire right now,” she said.
After the crowd tried to quiet her, she said, “I would love for you to answer my question,” at which point Biden called for a pause.
He went on to say: “This is incredibly complicated for the Israelis. I can thoroughly understand the emotions on the Palestinian side of the argument and the Jewish side of the argument.”……

Israel should politely listen, and then tell Biden/Blinken “thanks for the advice!” The Israelis should also tell Blinken that his trip to Israel was counterproductive because it added to the planet’s carbon footprint and advanced global warming.
Israel needs to do a Dresden or Hamburg on Gaza City and possibly other Gazan towns. The Gazans fall into 4 categories: Hamas, Hamas enablers, Hamas supporters, and Hamas sympathizers. If they were all wiped out, I would say “good riddance, problem solved!”
