This is how these things always work: the story goes around the world that Israel is to blame. The condemnations come in thick and fast. Then when it is found that Israel was not actually to blame, some quietly retract their statements, others just leave them out there. The desire to blame and vilify Israel is intense.

A Hamas-run hospital that was treating wounded Palestinians and sheltering many others in the Gaza Strip was hit by an airstrike Tuesday, killing hundreds of people, though Israel Defense Forces (IDF) blame the strike on the Islamic Jihad.
The Gaza Health Ministry said at least 500 people were killed at al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City, which Hamas said was the result of an Israeli airstrike.
When asked earlier in the day, the IDF said it was investigating the source of the explosion, noting that the hospital is a “highly sensitive building” and is “not an IDF target.”
After an investigation, the IDF provided its findings with regard to the source of the airstrike.
“An analysis of IDF operational systems indicates that a barrage of rockets was fired by terrorists in Gaza, passing in close proximity to the al-Ahli [Baptist] hospital in Gaza at the time it was hit,” IDF officials said. “Intelligence from multiple sources we have in our hands indicates that Islamic Jihad is responsible for the failed rocket launch which hit the hospital in Gaza.”
Shortly after the strike, a senior Hamas official told Fox, “After the barbaric attack, it’s too early to talk about this.”
Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., accused Israel of conducting a strike on the hospital in a post she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Israel just bombed the Baptist Hospital killing 500 Palestinians (doctors, children, patients) just like that,” Tlaib tweeted on Tuesday. “[President Biden] this is what happens when you refuse to facilitate a ceasefire [and] help de-escalate. Your war and destruction only approach has opened my eyes and many Palestinian Americans and Muslims Americans like me. We will remember where you stood.”
Hours after her post to social media, IDF issued its statement on X, saying the hospital was hit by a Hamas rocket from a barrage of missiles, not an Israeli missile….

Essentially, Islamic Jihad fired the rocket, which either accidentally or even deliberately landed on the hospital where Hamas was in, and Hamas accused Israel. Good that this war is being followed so closely on X, where these claims can be “community noted” into oblivion ?

Psychopaths never…never, ever…accept responsibility for things that are wrong, but point the finger of blame at others. mozlums are experts at pointing the finger of guilt.
Unless…and it’s the one exception….if by accepting responsibility it means **taking credit** for doing a lot of damage to those whom they despise.
Like when bin laden took credit for the Twin Tower destruction and the loss of thousands of lives. If it had been in al queda’s favor to deny, if the buildings had been occupied only by “palestinians,” he would have pointed the finger.
Israel is saying….and they show the video….that the rockets came from terrorists in the “islamic jihad” group.

They were caught out blaming Israel before the facts emerged that Hamas and Islamic Jihad were responsible for the bombing with a botched a rocket launch on Israel which ended up destroying the hospital carpark instead. Well, Trudeau, since you were so prominent in wrongly condemning Israel you should be leading by example and offering your sincere apologies to Israel.

I too have repeated what Al Jezeera a pro palestinian outlet said, it was a misfired Palestinian rocket that hit the hospital. A barrage of trolls answered back, on youtube, the standard rubbish but they say the rockets in Gaza are homemade and can not do the damage that was inflicted on the hospital. Homemade rockets will misfire, damage well do they have the warheads to do this, Iran has supplied rockets to Gaza that can. Short of going to the site checking fragments who is right is open. I do not see either side deliberately hitting the hospital, however IsraeL has better weapons than Hamas, I will stay with Al Jazeera it was a Palestinian missile that hit the hospital

True too many are just blaming and rubbishing others. I took my source from an Arab newsite one who says they checked the facts and have pictures of the incident, Can do no more, but there are other who will dispute this, ok, where are your facts? They as a whole do not have any. There is a US explosives expert who says on looking at thee photos of the damaged hospital it was done by Israel as they only have the missiles that can do this damage. Is he right? well at least he is an expert or so he says.
