No fewer than 25 members of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Oke Igan in Akure, the Ondo State capital, have been abducted by gunmen.
Reports said the church members were abducted around 3pm on Friday while traveling to Ifon in Ose council area of the state for a burial ceremony.
A church member, who spoke with newsmen said that the victims were going for the burial ceremony when the kidnappers struck.
A source confirmed the incident to reporters in the early hours of Saturday.
The source, who is also a member of the church, said the abducted worshippers were mostly choir members….

Peaceful Muslims behaving their usual peaceful way. I wonder if the Pope will take any notice of this muslim crime against Christians. i suspect he will ignore it as it doesn’t fit in with his fantasy land view of islam and its followers.

I don’t know what to make of the current Pope’s attitude to islam, somehistory. I have often thought that he thinks that if he is really, really nice to the Muslims then they will somehow turn into nice people. It will never happen and they would be laughing at his gullibility. Maybe this Pope is as far gone into senility as Joe Biden. James, as you say, this wishy washy Pope does seem to be a Christian in name only as he lacks the courage to call out evil when it comes to islam and its vile nature.
