Swedish police have arrested two people and detained around 10 others after a violent riot broke out at a protest involving a burning of the Quran. Organised by Iraqi refugee Salwan Momika, its the latest incident among protests which have sparked outrage across the Middle East.
Swedish police arrested more than ten people on Sunday after scenes of violence in Malmö which followed a rally during which a copy of the Quran was burned.
Sunday’s rally, organised by Iraqi refugee Salwan Momika, who initiated similar events that angered the Muslim world, took place in a square in Malmö, a city home to a large immigrant population.
“Spectators showed their emotion after the organiser burned the writings,” the police said in a statement adding that “The atmosphere was stormy” as “violent riots” broke out in the early afternoon.
According to police, the gathering ended after the organiser left, but a group of people remained behind.
Around ten people were arrested for disturbing public order and two others arrested on suspicion of having participated in violent riots.

if the native population does not demonstrate for all the criminality murder rape theft dangerous drugging and child grooming then the burning of the quran is at least some kind of demonstration that is necessary and vital to show that the natives of europe have some reaction at least….
the people must start forming patrols everywhere in europe and search the areas to find people that is being held hostage to begin with because when all hell breaks loose after ankara orders, there will be too many native victims all over europe…. france was just a rehearsal…. the rest of europe will follow but the violence will be far more murderous than in france…

I was watching an episode of Naked City, with Glynis Johns as a guest star.

If Quran burning is so important why doesn’t Allah show up and stop it? Must not be particularly concerned or threatened by it. It must be those uncertain of who they are, whose identity relies on words in an old book, who get violent when the foundation writings are questioned. Mind slavery to a vision from the 600s doesn’t seem to work well in 2023. Unlike Christianity, no miracles, no weeping statues, no after-Muhammad visions, nothing but ancient writings and “scholars”.
And the 2nd and 3rd generations of Islam in the EU, are going to nightclubs, having girl and boy unbeliever friends, avoiding the Mosques. It’s a race in the EU between those straying from Islam and the production of new believers from Islamic wombs.
