Donald Trump is known for his jokes, which are sometimes crass, and which unfailingly elicit hysteria in his opponents. They predictably fly into a frenzy whenever he posts a new one. His meme about alligators stopping illegal migrants at the Southern border apparently sent the Huffington Post’s Lee Moran and some other Leftist media propagandists into shock — or pretend shock, given how truly shocking the woke can be. More shocking is the Biden administration’s recklessness and its obliviousness to the dangers to national security in allowing an invasion of unvetted migrants — not to mention the economic realities and health risks.
Aside from the illegality of the border invasion, violent criminals and jihadists have been infiltrating America, and Trump knows it. The Department of Homeland Security has just admitted that around 160 known non-U.S. citizens on a terrorist watchlist have attempted to cross into the US in 2023. And according to the latest U.S. Customs and Border Protection data:
A total amount of individuals who appear on the terrorist watchlist caught at ports of entry jumped from 382 to 442 after CBP publicly released its July 2023 operational data. So far into fiscal year 2023, 70 have been caught at the southwest border and 372 have been caught at the northern border.
Two years ago, witnesses at US-Mexico border reported a “dramatic surge” in migrants from Islamic terror-linked nations. Immigration expert Todd Bensman, who was charting the historic traffic of illegal immigrants for the Center for Immigration Studies, since Biden took office reported a “record 10,000 so-called ‘extracontinental’ migrants” (those not from Latin America).
Trump’s real way of dealing with the illegal invasion isn’t alligators. It’s a much-needed border wall. He also wants to expand his travel ban — one that was first implemented by Obama — on countries that cannot or will not provide adequate information about those wishing to enter the U.S.
America has sunk to historic depths since Trump left office, both domestically and internationally. That’s the big news, not a Trump meme. Moran is extremely irresponsible in writing about this meme as if it were a policy statement. Of course, Moran et al intended to inflame those with Trump Derangement Syndrome, but they come across as more petty and clueless than ever.
The Leftist mass media avoided the truly “gruesome” and “cruel” manner that Saudi Arabia and Turkey dealt with genuine refugees: by shooting them down. Although this was covered by some Leftist media, it was generally underplayed. Had the same actions been taken by any Western country, it would have been a media focus for years to come.

Trump shared the gator post amid a rise in the number of people trying to cross into the US from Mexico.
On Wednesday, he vowed, if he returns to the White House, to send troops to the border.
“Upon my inauguration I will immediately terminate every open borders policy of the Biden administration,” Trump told supporters at a rally in Dubuque, Iowa. “I’ll make clear that we must use any and all resources needed to stop the invasion, including moving thousands of troops currently stationed overseas.”….

And “immigration.”….it should be admitted by all that this is another *i* word…invasion. and another *i* for the people coming over…illegals who are breaking laws to get here and pretend they were in danger from whence they came. Danger from their governments, or crime mobs or others out to ‘get them.’
In reality, many are gang members, drug dealers, rapists, murderers, terrorists and using children in many cases to get past the checkpoints.

When a government needs machine guns and dresses up and pretends to be GI Joe in a war zone it stands to reason that government is not a friendly government. Sen. Grassley is concerned that so many agencies….which are not in the LE business…have weapons, night vision stuff, drones, “deceptive gear”, camo, etc. in the millions and millions of dollars.
I believe they want as many illegals as they can get to invade the small towns and places where citizens have guns and know how to shoot; and when the shooting begins, the epa, postal employees, irs and others, will swoop in to shoot wherever is left standing. In the name of ‘national security.’

It will likely depend on how many are ex military and former cop. And how well they performed in those jobs.
I have seen a whole lot of postal workers who look pretty much out of shape; so it probably won’t be those guys with the guns. But if it is…..did you ever watch the tv show “Cops”? Ever see the overweight female bringing up the rear when a group of cops are chasing a skinny guy who jumps fences, etc.? The women were always the last to get to the scuffle as they couldn’t run. Don’t know how well they could shoot.

Cops are used to showing up at the scene, setting up a perimeter, and dealing with the suspect without anyone beyond their perimeter intervening. It is kind of a safe space for them. When everyone is the enemy it becomes much more complicated. Besides that, after a leisurely day at the office, shooting up a neighborhood, they have to go home.
