It looks as if the whole Islamic world is uniting behind the “oooh our widda feewings are hurt” argument to try to compel the West to adopt Sharia blasphemy laws. The worst aspect of this is that the West, already controlled by leftists who hate the freedom of expression, are falling for this.

On Saturday, Edwin Wagensveld, the leader of PEGIDA, an Islamophobic group, tore down copies of the Quran in front of the embassies of Türkiye, Indonesia, and Pakistan as well as in front of the Danish embassy in the Hague.
In a statement, the Jordanian Foreign Ministry reiterated the kingdom’s full rejection of such “irresponsible acts that provoke the feelings of two billion Muslims around the world, fuel hatred and threaten peaceful coexistence.”
The ministry called for respecting religious symbols and promoting the culture of peace, saying it is a “collective responsibility that everyone must adhere to.”…

Right on somehistory! The thing that gets me is how the rabid dogs carry on because very occasionally some brave soul burns a kooran (they should all be destroyed and banned). If Muslims ever do change and begin to live by the Golden Rule and begin to treat non-Muslims in a decent way, then maybe people should give a damn about hurting their feelings. islam deserves no respect. 1.4/ 8 billion is 17.5% of the world’s population and by no means represents the actual number of truly believing Muslims which might only be 75% or less of those professing to be Muslim. A person is born into a culture/society of which he is unlikely to leave due to all his personal friendships and family connections demanding his adherence to culture and religion. To leave means isolation, so he mouths and/or plays his assigned part.
A brief gedanken review of one’s own experience will make it obvious that humans will form clubs and associations without any relationship to religion, yet, no religion will flourish without providing lifetime social interaction for its members. Islam is only strong due to societal pressure, which is lessening for migrants to the West, after the first generation, due to public education systems.
A race exists in the West between the rate of Muslim reproduction and the rate of integration into the main society. Allowing a parallel society and subsidizing non-integration will weaken the overall nation until vulnerable to enemy nations. For example, which of France, Germany, England, and Sweden could raise a real army capable of winning a war with Russia or China? What is their military status compared to 20 years ago? Would their migrant populations fight for them?

Years ago, we received a bunch of terror guides from the terror group CAIR. They have several uses.
1.) A backstop at the range. Israeli IMI ammunition does a nice job.
2.) Picking up the dog’s “business”. Be careful. It’s difficult to distinguish the poop from the koran. Pro-tip…..the poop smells better.
3.) Lining the bird cage.
4.) Lining the cat box. That one’s tricky. Cats are clean creatures, and the terror guide must seem like cat poop to them. It’s understandable.

Jordon condemns Quran desecration, but not the rape and killing of people of other religions. So I’am supposed to care about what hurts their feelings? When Islam starts to treat all people with respect and dignity I’ll start to respect them. Until then they are the enemy.
