Jihad Watch reported back in April after Italy declared a state of emergency amid a migrant invasion:
Italy needs to do what Hungary has done: shut the door to illegal migration. It makes a mockery of a country’s immigration system, sending an open invitation to jump the queue, invites in the worst criminal and jihadist elements, and is economically unsustainable in the long run. Italy’s problem is longstanding. In 2021, nonstop Muslim migrant landings in Lampedusa became a “situation is out of control.” Lampedusa remains the problem area, as well as the entire Southern coast of Sicily.
No resolution, or, in fact, any useful action has been forthcoming after the declaration of emergency, leading one to wonder what the intent of that declaration even was.
Five months later:
More than 5,000 people in more than 100 different migrant boats arrived in one day with smugglers in north Africa taking advantage of calm seas to set off. At least one baby died near shore as a boat capsized, state radio said. Dozens of new arrivals crouched on the rocky jetties of Lampedusa´s port, while others sheltered in the shade of a nearby camping ground as the island´s lone migrant welcome center, which has a capacity of around 400, overflowed with more than 6,000 people.

It’s past time for Italy to crack down on these human smugglers. Italy is showing little resolve, like Britain with its English Channel crisis that its allegedly conservative leadership refuses to address effectively.

The Italian island of Lampedusa has seen a record number of illegal migrant arrivals with over a hundred boats arriving on the island on Tuesday, September 12th, bringing as many as 5,000 illegals to an island whose population is just around 6,000 people.
A total of 110 boats landed on the island, which lies between Sicily and Tunisia, as the deputy mayor of the island, Attilio Lucia, likened the scenes to an invasion saying, “These numbers lead me to think of an invasion rather than a migratory phenomenon. I feel like saying ‘enough’,” the newspaper Il Giornale reports.
The boats are said to have departed from the Tunisian city of Sfax, a common hub for illegals and people traffickers looking to reach Italy, and videos were taken last weekend showing boats departing the Tunisian port city.
Videos of the boats arriving with cheering migrants on board were also published on social media as many users echoed Deputy Mayor Lucia, stating the scenes resembled an invasion.
The record-breaking number of arrivals has completely overwhelmed the small island, which has a migrant reception facility, known as a hot spot, run by the Red Cross, meant to accommodate just 400 or so people.
After the arrivals on Tuesday, the total number of migrants on the island is estimated to be just under 7,000, more than the entire population of Lampedusa itself……

This is absolutely SCANDALOUS. The EU leadership AND the respective governments of the EU countries can choose between two options:
a. they can’t do anything about it, in which case they are incompetent and should step down on their own accord, or
b. they can do something about it, but will not, in which case, given the fact that a truly overwhelming percentage of the EU population vehemently opposes this mass immigration, they aren’t doing the will of th people and should step down on their own accord.
By the way, notice how the formulation and implementation of immigration policy presently is left to Doctors without Borders and their ilk. Mind blowing…

It is the legal doctrine allowing for a contract or a treaty to become inapplicable because of a fundamental change of circumstances. In public international law the doctrine essentially serves an “escape clause” to the general rule of pacta sunt servanda (promises must be kept).
The doctrine is part of customary international law but is also provided for in the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, under Article 62 (Fundamental Change of Circumstance). Although the doctrine is not mentioned by name,[1]: 37 Article 62 provides the only justifications for its invocation: the circumstances that existed at the time of the conclusion of the treaty were indeed objectively essential to the obligations of treaty (sub-paragraph A), and the instance for the change of circumstances has had a radical effect on the obligations of the treaty (sub-paragraph B).
It is high time to invoke this exception.

Europe is going to end up, before much longer if the invasion by barbaric Muslims continues at this appalling rate, like the third world primitive crap holes these invaders come from and which they created with their primitive outlooks on life and the islamic way it should be lived. It is a clash of civilisations and the invading barbarians seem to be winning at the moment. It is going to take tough action to turn things around.

The whole of the Western world is a target for invasion. All the time the Leaders sit on their hands the worse the problems will be. Time to see it for what it is “a Muslim invasion” the end game is an Islamic world.
