The leftists now in power in Germany are carrying on a campaign against the anti-Muslim-migrant party, Alternative für Deutschland, that has been rising precipitously in the polls. And they have not hesitated to mischaracterize data so as to make it seem that “right-wing extremists” have been attacking nearly 100 inhabited asylum centers throughout Germany. Germany’s Federal Ministry of the Interior has been accused of exaggerating the number of attacks by suspected right-wing extremists on asylum centers.
An investigation by the German news outlet Nius found that just eight of the 80 cases reported by Interior Minister Nancy Faesar’s department in the first half of 2023 were direct attacks on inhabited asylum accommodations, and just one case had been attributed to a known suspect with right-wing sympathies.
Only 10% of the cases — 8 out of 80 — involved attacks on inhabited asylum centers; 90% involved uninhabited buildings. But that was not how the left-wing Faeser reported the data.
Nius published the findings of its investigation on Monday, having spoken to the relevant local police departments and public prosecutors to ascertain the facts of individual cases included in the federal department’s figures.
Of the eight attacks on asylum accommodations corroborated by the news outlet, six of the cases had no known suspect, yet all cases had been assigned to right-wing perpetrators. Five of the attacks in question pertained to the smashing of windows, while there was one case of arson. In the last confirmed attack, the suspect was a Syrian national who attacked a Lebanese security guard outside an asylum center and was lumped into the category of right-wing extremism by the interior ministry.
Of the 8 cases — not 80 — where inhabited asylum centers were “attacked,” six had no known perpetrators. Nonetheless, the Ministry of the Interior simply assumed, without the slightest evidence, that those attacks must have been the work of “right-wing extremists.” Of those eight cases, five were limited to breaking windows — not much of an “attack ”to speak of — and they might have been caused by non-political vandals, including children, who don’t need a reason to amuse themselves by throwing rocks at windows. In one of the attacks ascribed to “right wing extremists” attacking migrant centers, the perpetrator was himself a Syrian migrant, who assaulted a Lebanese security guard outside an asylum center, in an attack that had nothing to do with right-wing opponents of Muslims claiming to be asylum seekers, but only with internal Arab feuds.
This means that 90 percent of the cases the department claims were right-wing attacks on asylum centers did not involve inhabited accommodations, and just one in 80 cases was a confirmed attack at an inhabited refugee center by right-wing suspects. This one relates to an incident in Teterow on June 6 when three drunken German nationals attacked a security guard and set off firecrackers at premises being used to house refugees.
So we are left with just one case of an inhabited asylum center being attacked by those who can be identified as “right-wing,” but even in Teterow, those responsible may have been prompted less by ideology and more by inebriation.
Nius provides a case summary of every incident detailed by the ministry. A majority of the cases have no known suspect but are labeled as right-wing attacks, while other tenuous links used to categorize incidents as examples of right-wing extremism include the spraying of graffiti on uninhabited refugee centers and, in one case, a German suspect who is said to have made inflammatory statements toward a person of another nationality.
In one instance, a 59-year-old who insulted a police officer during a demonstration in Schleusingen on May 10 was included in the figures, despite the town having no refugee center and there being no involvement of any refugee accommodation or asylum seekers.
Similarly, on June 26, a [putative] case of right-wing extremism against refugees involved a fire in a garbage can in Beckum, which the local police stated was “near a refugee home.” The authorities told Nius that there was “no damage to buildings or people” and “there is still no suspect.”…
A fire in a garbage can is not an attack on a refugee center. It was supposedly “near a refugee home,” but apparently did not belong to, was not part of, the asylum center. There was “no damage done to buildings or people.” On what basis, then, is this event to be considered an attack on a “refugee home”? On this basis: Interior Minister Nancy Faeser is unscrupulous, and will stop at nothing to blacken the image of the AfD and others who oppose — peacefully — the continued entry of Muslim economic migrants into Germany.
The far-left Nancy Faeser has been maligning the Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party with ever-greater ferocity as that party has risen to be second in the public opinion polls. But the AfD neither advocates nor condones violence, and there has been exactly one case in the first six months of 2023 where a “right wing extremist” — who was, by the way, not a member of the AfD — has been found responsible for an attack on an inhabited refugee center. The truth, as uncovered by the meticulous investigators at Nius needs to be trumpeted on social media, so that Frau Faeser thinks twice before trying such a trick again.

Wikipedia just recently sent me an email asking for a donation. They said I was one of the 2 percent that donates to them. I sent a short reply stating that a girl I am close with donated a few years ago using my name and card. I told them that at the time she was unaware of their bias by I am and I have clued her in on that. I told them I dont donate to bias platforms. I was surprised that they sent me back a very long reply stating that they are not bias.
