A salient question can be found in this article: “The Massive Transformation of India and the Middle East,” by Uzay Bulut, Gatestone Institute,
Where are the indigenous non-Muslim communities in what is today called the “Muslim world”? Where is their presence?
The Christian Copts of Egypt have been reduced from being most of that country’s population before the Muslim conquest in 641 A.D., to only 10% today. Similar reductions in the Christian population have taken place across North Africa, which was once peopled almost entirely by Christians. St. Augustine came from Thagaste, in present-day Algeria; Tertullian, another of the Church Fathers, was born in Carthage, in what is now Tunisia. In both Algeria and Tunisia, Christians once were an overwhelming majority. But Muslims now make up 99% of the population in both countries. Christians across North Africa were either killed, or decided to end their miserable status as dhimmis by converting to Islam.
Today’s “Muslim world”, which used to be non-Muslim before Islamic invasions, conquests and massacres, is now demographically transformed. The indigenous non-Muslim communities there are now either dying minorities or extinct.
Today, the only religion that has freedom in Afghanistan is Islam.
And the same could be said for all 57 members of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation: the only religion that enjoys full freedom in those countries is Islam.
Turkey, the site that has been called Anatolia (a Greek word meaning “the east, sunrise, place from where the sun rises”) for millennia, was the seat of the Christian Byzantine Empire. For centuries, Islamic invaders attacked Anatolia; in 1453, Muslim Turks from Central Asia captured Constantinople, now Istanbul. Today, Christians comprise only 0.1 percent of Turkey’s population.
Over five centuries, the Christians in Turkey went from being 99% of the population to 0.1%. Since 1914, the population of Constantinople (Istanbul after 1930) went from fifty percent Christian to less than one percent Christian. That’s the Muslim version of “the Great Replacement.”
Prior to the Islamic invasions, almost all of the entire Middle East and North Africa – countries such as Syria, Algeria, Egypt and Iraq — used to be majority-Christian. Today, indigenous Christians and other minorities — such as Assyrians, Yazidis and Alawites — in almost every majority-Muslim country where they remain, are severely persecuted.
The Muslim riots or other acts of inter-religious violence in much of the Middle East, as well as Pakistan’s terrorism and border disputes with India, can probably best be understood within the historical context of jihad. For centuries, jihadists have violently targeted and persecuted non-Muslims in the region. The West might do well to distinguish between destabilizing forces that create persecution, violence and refugees, and stabilizing forces, such as India that, despite their imperfections, still promote pluralism, religious freedom and security, and function as a home for all who are oppressed.
Right now, India’s stability is threatened by an enemy within — the nearly 200 million Muslims (out of a total population of 1.4 billion) whose loyalty to fellow Muslims in Pakistan, and in the wider Muslim world, is a growing worry for the Hindu-dominated government and, of course, to the Indian military trying to maintain the Line of Control. The Muslims in India are proud to proclaim that Islam is the “fastest-growing religion” in the country; they need only wait, and polyphiloprogenprocreate, to constitute an ever-greater percentage of the population, and history suggests that Muslims need not be a majority to have their way; when they reach 20% of the population, their unity and fanaticism make them formidable foes.
The problem in India is not a result of recent Muslim immigration, but stems from the aftereffects of Muslim conquests, and the subsequent killings, and forced conversions, of millions of Hindus centuries ago. Will the Indians imitate the Europeans, who are in a quandary about how to deal with Muslim millions whom they foolishly allowed into their midst, economic migrants, and be hesitant to act against this enemy, for example by shutting down all mosques that preach, and all madrasas that teach, hatred of Infidels, for fear of being labelled “Islamophobic” or, still more idiotically, given the racial similarity of Hindus and Indian Muslims, as “racists”? Or will they think clearly about their centuries of misery and mass death under Muslim rule, and be prepared to implement whatever is necessary to avoid Muslim numbers from increasing beyond that fatidic 20%?

Hugh, is this the longest word you’ve ever used? Too bad it can’t be used on Twitter ?
I don’t know that India could take lessons from the Copts, Yazidis, Assyrians, Zoroastrians, Kalash, et al. Within India, muslims have been on the rampage since 2020, and the ruling RSS/BJP cadres have been advocating bizarre theories, like Hindus and muslims having the same DNA, pasmanda muslims (descendant of converts from Hindus, as opposed to descendants of Turkish conquerors/migrants) are more favorably disposed towards Hindus than ashrafs (the latter), the theory that economic advancement of muslims would lure them away from the path of jihad and so on
The real problem w/ the top 2 people in India – Narendra Modi and Amit Shah – is that they’re both from Gujarat – the Gandhi state, and so they both worship Gandhi and believe in the garbage that he propagandized. The BJP is firmly in the hands of those 2, and the rest of the party is widely perceived as corrupt. On top of that, the BJP has been behind a lot of anti-Hindu moves over the last 5 years, like dampening the celebration of Hindu festivals (fewer fireworks on Diwali, less colors on Holi,….) while tolerating muslim attacks on Hindu festivals the last 2 years. Go to Twitter: the number of devout Hindus – not secular HINOs – attacking the RSS/BJP has skyrocketed due to these issues

I was unaware that the BJP has been betraying the cause of the Hindus, and am glad to be corrected, though sorry, of course, of what that correction means. Is there anyone you see in Indian political life who has a chance to come to power, someone keenly aware of the danger of India’s increasingly aggressive Muslim population and willing to take the problem on?
As for the word you mention, there was a typo. The word, corrected, is “polyphiloprogenitive” and not “polyphiloprogenprocreate.”First used by Matthew Arnold in Culture and Anarchy, it then appeared in “Mr. Eliot’s Sunday Service.”

There is a new party that was launched this year called Ekam Sanatan Bharat, which I described in your other post. It has a 7-point manifesto that calls for making India essentially a “Israel-for-Hindus” (including Jains, Sikhs & Buddhists as well) and is well aware of everything that muslims are capable of. When it was launched, I looked at the backdrop behind the founder announcing it – Ankur Sharma, who was the leader of a regional party in Jammu, the Hindu part of Jammu & Kashmir. One of the books on his bookcase was Robert’s “History of Jihad”. So yeah, they know perfectly well what they are up against
Since they were only founded this year, I don’t expect them to come to power next year. But their scope of operations is not merely political: they plan to be a mass movement in several aspects of society. One of their leaders stated that they would bring up in legislatures the treatment of Hindus that currently doesn’t get raised by either the BJP nor the opposition, even if they are a minority. I myself am rooting for them to be a kingmaker i.e. offer to support from outside anybody who has a chance of coming to power w/ their support, provided they implement the ESB manifesto
One can read more about the party here

When muslims conquered a country, they butchered the local people, raped the women, and enslaved the remaining people until the remaining people became muslims. Later, the descendants of the local people who are muslims now, do the same to non muslims as what happened to their ancestors. These muslims in a way, are supporting the evil action against their ancestors.

Uzay Bulut is a really brave journalist. She knows how to make self-criticism of her nation’s history. The ability of self-criticism is very important for the advancement of the humankind. Very unfortunately, too many Muslims in Islamic countries think that the indigenous non-Muslims are nothing but dirts who are immoral people. While all of this happening, the West is not innocent of this crime. They too support Islamic dictators and dictatorships for their self-interests.

Unfortunately the BJP’s brand of Hindu nationalism is extreme and their methods are similar to those of the Nazis. They target both Muslims and Christians alike in their frenzied zeal. Many Christian churches have been invaded by Hindu mobs and pastors and worshippers alike have been beaten up. So people, before you voice your support for the current Indian government’s ideology and actions, please understand that they are driven not by reason but by blind hatred. Which is not good at all. I am not making this up, please browse these links and do your own due diligence:

Two awkward questions to ask muslims if you come from a non-muslim background.
1}The koran says non muslims are ‘the WORST of created beings’ koran 98:6
Do you agree;YES or NO?
{Thus islam’s supremacist cult, its religious apartheid is revealed. After all muslims cannot say NO as it is contrary to what allah teaches. They will not answer NO.
The results are Jihadism,The Jizya tax scam-islam’s protection racket ,islam’s hostility to all non-muslims etc
2}Do you as a muslim have any friends{even one} who are not muslim?
Then you too are an infidel, the ‘WORST of created beings’ by koran 5:51!
So what is wrong with infidels:do tell us about your islamic superiority complex.

It’s time to boot Turkey out of NATO and push the boundary of Europe back to the Bosphorus.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
If you take out the US, Turkey is the most powerful country in NATO. Unlike Europe, which has been reaping the “peace dividend” since the 90s and otherwise continued the US troops that are there… why exactly?, Turkey has been building up its armed forces, especially since the rise to power of Erdogan. There is a reason they have been able to project power in Syria, Armenia, threaten Greece & Cyprus. Therefore, reconquering East Thrace for either Bulgaria or Greece would be next to impossible given their current armed forces
As for NATO, I agree, but then again, there is no formal mechanism to expel a country from NATO: Turkey would have to leave on its own

I would caution regular visitors to this site not to blindly throw in their support to a country or political party because it has an anti-Muslim stance, just because it reinforces their own views and beliefs.
In India’s case, the Christian community is also very much at the receiving end of the same Hindu-supremacist ideology.

࿗Infidel࿘ says
Not the original Christian community itself, just the converts. People who were either the original Kerala Nestorians, or descendants of Anglo-Indians (descendants of Indians who intermarried w/ Brits) are fine. Problem is the conversion activities that have been happening in various states in India, like Punjab, Andhra Pradesh and North Eastern states: in fact, right now in Manipur, the riots happening there are an ethnic cleansing campaign of Hindus by Kukis, who are one of the converted tribes to Christianity (either Baptist or Pentacostal, for those who are interested in the sect).
Here is an article from a couple of years ago that describes the underlining tensions b/w Christians and Hindus. Essentially, since Hinduism is a polytheistic faith, many Hindus would have no issues worshiping Christ in addition to everyone else – Vishnu, Ganesh, Hanuman,…. Problem is the First Commandment, which forbids idolatry, as well as the worship of “false gods”, which is every Hindu deity out there. So these new converts, as a rite that they undergo, have to desecrate statues & idols of Hindu deities, and that causes tensions b/w Hindus & Christians
Note that Hindus never had any issues w/ the other Abrahamic community – Jews, who never tried to convert anybody, and where one has to proactively try to convert to the faith. If only Christianity were like that

somehistory says
It is possible for one to become a Christian without “desecration” of any statues or idols of the gods they formerly worshipped. Those ones who convert to Christianity, should become familiar with what the Apostle Paul said to the men at the Areopagus.
Some of the people there listened to him, but they did not destroy any of the idols of the gods they had previously served.
The first Christians were all Jews, but they didn’t go about trying to stir up anger among their fellow Jews. They did preach about Jesus, which set many of the Jewish ruling class to persecution.
One thing new Christians did do which the Bible records, was to burn their books of magic and sorcery, Kind of like the guys in Sweden have been doing.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
I take your word for it, but that’s not the message that new converts to Christianity in India get. They are usually tasked w/ – as a rite of passage – desecrating idols of deities that they previously used to worship. Had they simply been told to add Christ to the lineup of deities that they worship, that wouldn’t have been an issue
somehistory says
I don’t doubt your word, either. about things there. I see in the U.S., where faith in Christ had a whole lot to do with the way this country was formed, Christianity is being wrongly presented. and misrepresented.
People who claim to be Christian, are misleading others in so many ways; esp regarding islam.
The Bible can be understood, but many do not understand some of the simplest parts, much less, those which talk a lot of study and meditation.
A person cannot be a True Christian and still worship multiple gods. However, Christians are not instructed to “judge” another beyond seeing the fruits that person displays. We are not to take matters into our hands and destroy the idols of other religions.
Some of the accounts in the Bible have those who were endeavoring to worship the One God of the Bible, destroying idols set up by their fellow Jews. But Christians have not been commanded to do that.
Each person has the free will to make choices about their religious life.
I’m truly sorry that more people who find faith in Christ can’t leave others to their own choices.
I’m also sorry that so many who claim to be Christian, produce rotten fruit.
I firmly believe that all who try to be moral, honest and innocent, will reap a large reward.
