A college student was given three years probation for stabbing her blind date at a Las Vegas-area hotel in retaliation for a deadly US drone strike that targeted an Iranian commander.
Nika Nikoubin, 23, was indicted on attempted murder and other charges for stabbing her Plenty of Fish dating app partner, Daniel Trevino, in the neck while they had sex in a hotel room in March 2022.
She pleaded guilty to two counts of false imprisonment with the use of a deadly weapon.
Judge Carli Kierny cited Nikoubin’s mental health struggles as a reason that she was offered probation in Texas, 8 News Now reported. The young woman suffered from severe depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Her lawyer said the stabbing incident was a psychotic episode….
Nikoubin and Trevino met on the dating app and decided to get a room at the hotel together. While having sex, the Texas student blinded Trevino before stabbing him in the neck.
Nikoubin, who came to the US from Iran at the age of 12, told law enforcement officials she’d stabbed her date with a pink kitchen knife for revenge over the death of Qasem Soleimani in 2020, adding she stabbed Trevino out of “spite and revenge.”
“I mean the U.S. killed Soleimani. Lots of blood spilled, so, I feel like, it’s fair that American blood be spilled,” she said at the time.
“We were drinking a little bit and then — I guess we started to get into it and then I stabbed him,” Nikoubin says in the footage, obtained by KLAS.
She also claimed she did not want to kill Trevino, only “hurt” him….

I have a friend who is bipolar; a cousin with schizophrenia, and a close relative who suffers from depression. All have sought treatment from those skilled in helping patients; but none of these have ever deliberately hurt others. They are all more likely to hurt themselves than to try to injure another.
this copout hurts those with mental problems as it labels them as violent when most are not.

My son and daughter told me several times that I should be a judge. Sometimes, I wish I could be. It’s no justice at all to allow such blatant lies after so many injuries and deaths by these slime.
There is probably no person who does not feel anger at some time in their lives; but we don’t all go about trying to murder someone….who has nothing to do with making us angry…nor even those who do cause that emotion.

Yes, indeed, most of the hoi polloi with mental illnesses do take their meds or are not allowed to escape the asylum they may inhabit in order to stab, maim or kill their fellow human beings. In July 2019, in Toronto’s bustling Greektown, a 29-year-old Pakistani shot and killed (military-style) in restaurants two young girls, injuring seriously 13 others before shot by the police. He had targeted white women. He had been trained in Pakistani Islamist Madrases. Immediately, a Press Release went out from the muslim community rep blaming this tragedy to his “mental illness” .
But watching the videotaped military-style shots during the killing spree and fired by this jihadist with “mental issues” from outside the restaurant where families were having dinner gave no one the impression that this well–trained Islamist jihadist had not planned and targeted the female “infidels” in Greektown, Canada. This happens daily in North American and European cities–but it’s always “mental illness” that causes these tragedies and not fanatic Islamist hatred and misogyny.

This is happening in every Western Nation where Muslim’s are killing non-Muslims (i.e. America, France, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, etc.,)……should Western Nations start making Muslims take a Mental exam before they enter a Western country? If they ask mozlums questions when they are entering, or applying to enter or stay, the mozlums lie.
However, several years ago, some doctors developed a test done by showing the one taking the test, photos and the person doesn’t say anything but their reactions are recorded electroniclly.
The doctors showed various types of photos…men, women, children; and then things being done by people or to people and they determined what the tester thought about the people and what was happening.
So, they could show photos of people being beheaded, churches, temples, synagogues, mozlum barracks, women in scarves and women with hair showing; bottle of whiskey or wine, little children in a park, etc.; and note if the moslum reacted positively or negatively
That would do more than asking questions and getting lying answers. Or depending on an analysis of what they said on an exam. They fake mental illness when it suits their purpose.

The “test” would be given ***before*** they are “allowed in.”
If there are any mozlums out there who would like not to be, they would be seen as innocent in the screening test.
Those who are afraid to leave for fear of death, but would jump at the chance if it meant safety, should be given a chance. The test I wrote of could do that.
And it would keep out those intent on harming others and enforcing their evil code of behavior.
