Chemnitz – Bassam T. (30) sexually molested and coerced several young women. The Syrian was convicted for this yesterday, Monday, in Chemnitz.
“It’s, quite frankly, just disgusting,” as the judge summed up the deeds. The youngest of the three victims was only 15 at the time.
The now 18-year-old had friends visiting her at home on the Kaßberg. As a good hostess, she took them to the bus. On the way back – she had almost reached the front door – a black-haired man suddenly attacked her from behind.
“He tried to undress me,” she told the court at the end of July. The crime happened three years ago, when it was dark and late. She cannot clearly identify the accused. “All I know is that he was wearing a blue corona mask!”
As the LKA has confirmed, his saliva sample matches the DNA evidence at all crime scenes.
The total sentence of one year and six months was suspended on probation. Bassam T. will report regularly to his probation officer for three years, do 200 hours of community service and have to take a German course again.
The verdict is not yet legally binding.

The “judge” says it’s “just disgusting”. And then gives the molester/rapist an easy out.
Does the “judge” actually know the meaning of disgusting? Or is it because it was “just” disgusting and not something far worse?
Learning German may assist him in finding his next victims. Perhaps he’ll overhear some young people talking and find out when he can lurk and waylay one of them with no one else around. Perhaps he’ll be able to “lure” a victim or more than one by using German words of “how beautiful you are, Fraulein.” So the girl is unsuspecting of his intent.
The sentence is beyond “disgusting.” It’s unjust.

If those who are charged with administering justice refuse to do so I dont think they will like the alternative. The courts have a window right now to get it right but as we see time and time again they are getting it wrong. It is as if the courts have decided that they dont want to be part of the equation.

When you prioritize the ‘new Germans’ over the ‘old Germans’ this is what you get. They’re treating them like children who don’t know any better…hoping that with light sentences they can steer them on the right track.
But these aren’t childish little crimes, like stealing toys from the dept store, or pinching a girl to let her know you like her.
They’re adults and they’re committing serious, harmful acts. This is what happens when you operate under the illusion that we’re all just humans and ideology doesn’t matter.

Actually Muslims were already causing serious problems in Europe long before the new Muslims (migrants) showed up…so one can only imagine how much worse daily life is esp. for the weakest members of society, particularly women/children, being mobbed by these SOBs who have no respect for women and think it’s ok to rape/marry/abuse kids like their pedophet did.
There’s a similar situation in the UK, the media/pols refuse to deal with the problem of Muslim rape-gangs and the other problems they cause and it just continues to get worse.
As neither country wants to deal with Islam and deals with an iron fist with opponents of Islam…they are making the Islamification of their countries an inevitability. Short of mass demonstrations and massive change, the only other way out will be civil war.
Note that this is was a self-inflicted problem that was completely preventable at every stage in its worsening progress…even to this day they can stop this but it’s as if they’re paralyzed with fear or stupidity or antipathy for their future or just don’t know how to solve it.
There are no ‘do-overs’…this is a one-way train to hell on Earth. Once Muslims become the majority, they’ll genocide non-Muslims as they’ve done in other nations they invaded and conquered. There is still a small window for non-Muslims to act, but there will be a tipping point where it will get exponentially harder to stop.

It has been known for a long time that students from the Europe are promiscuous whores who are only looking for an opportunity to fuck someone up.

Just because you are a muslim or migrant doesn’t excuse you from the laws of the country you are in. The vary first thing the judges should be doing in criminal cases against citizens by migrants is to deport them when found guilty, after serving their sentence. Quit making excuses for these depraved individuals, who will go on to continue attacks and crimes against your friends and neighbors.

Legislation is needed for these invaders to introduce a mandatory exam after 180 days to the following effect:
1. To demonstrate that the person is fully conversant in German and can write at least according to the curriculum for 3rd grade in primary school.
2. To demonstrate knowledge of the Qur’an and all verses which encourage behaviour which is in conflict with German legislation.
Failing the above must result in mandatory repatriation no matter the consequences for the individual. They cannot take priority over the consequences for the German population.
