If it weren’t so sad, it could be an episode from the royal Bavarian district court: In Regensburg, the Afghan refugee Mohammad M. (23) had to answer for sexual harassment, coercion and rape of a young person. Despite the confession, he left the courtroom a free man. The shameful verdict: 22 months probation, participation in anti-aggression training. And: In the future, Muslims may only consume so much alcohol that they have a maximum of 0.5 per mille in their blood.
The very fact that a 23-year-old sex offender enjoys the benefit of juvenile justice is galling. But the refugee, who arrived in 2015, says he was 19 when he started his series of attacks on young women. Legally, he was treated as an adolescent.
It started on a park bench near the main train station. The drunk Mohammad M. harassed a girl, fondled her under her clothes. Only after fierce resistance did he let go of his victim. A little later he sat down with the teenager (16) and raped the teenager.
Weeks later, he used force to force a young woman to perform oral sex in a railway underpass. He harassed other victims, sexually molested them. Criminal offenses against five women were charged. After a complaint, the police arrested him at the airport in Kabul on his return from home vacation.
According to the defense attorney, the judge is said to have described the accused as a “perfect example” of “how to get along well in Germany.” After all, after immigrating, he had completed his secondary education and completed an apprenticeship with a heating engineer. The Afghan also plays in a local football club.
Mohammad M. offered the rape victim, who was still traumatized, voluntary compensation of 2,500 euros. The young woman politely declined.

It is beginning to seem that while the invasion increases in numbers, so do the disgusting excuses made for the perps like this snake so that they are not punished for their crimes of violence. And he committed acts of violence against these young girls; violating them in a way they will not just ‘forget.’
One can replace things that are broken or stolen…with money and time, perhaps. One cannot replace what is lost to a sexual assault or rape. It can’t be fixed. The only thing that can be done is to see that the perp is punished.
As the number of mozlums increase, the crimes increase and the judges just accept the idea that it’s nothing because he has training, or a job, or went to school, plays football. There is no justice in that…not even a slap on the wrist.
If this ‘judge’ had been raped, sodomized, whatever, he might want more done to punish the one who assaulted him so violently.
The young lady deserves credit for refusing his money. The judge and the perp deserve something harsh; really harsh. A public whipping would be a beginning.

So right. What an appalling supposed judge, whose name I can’t find; can’t imagine why. The juvenile court idiocy alone should have the public demanding a retrial and resentencing.
Also note that he was “vacationing” in Kabul, after claiming he couldn’t return to his homeland due fearing for his life.

It appears that Justice in Germany does not apply to Muslims. Have to wonder what benefits that judge, the defense lawyer, and the top politicians in Deutschland are getting to protect those rotten migrant Muslim rapists. Maybe the OIC gives an all expense paid trip to Dubai for a week? ??♂️?

Hew isn’t just a rapist–he is a *serial* rapist, having attacked at least five women and girls, and there are also certainly further victims. But it’s all OK–he plays soccer when he’s not raping teenagers.
And since when has rape been just “aggression”–it is not as though he was rude to a neighbor or cut in line at the local kabob stand.
Then, not only is it appalling that he is being tried as a minor at 23, but he also doesn’t look 23–is that a receding hairline?
How many more young Germans women are going tp have to suffer? He should have been sentenced to prison, with a standing deportation order when he’s served his sentence.

You’re right. He looks much older and I was appalled at the multitude of descriptions elsewhere that minimized just how serious were his crimes. I just listened to a Soros DA saying she wants a different treatment of criminals because the old “the brain doesn’t fully mature before 25.”
If a criminal takes 25 years to comprehend that rape and murder are wrong, we don’t need them.

g, I have a friend who was going bald at the age of 19; baldness ran in his family. But his face looked like a teen’s face.
Not so much with this creepy scum. Look at the chin and mouth area. Sagging skin is a sign of age, even when a person has lost hair. Looks like he could be early 40’s.
