UK: Military families ordered to leave former airbase to make room for ‘asylum seekers’

The political elites in the UK, like those in the US, seem intent on flooding their country with migrants.

The Migration Observatory at the University of Oxford states that “in 2020, the top five most common countries of nationality of people seeking asylum in the UK were Iran, Iraq, Albania, Eritrea, and Sudan,” which are all majority-Muslim countries except Eritrea, which has a large Muslim minority. “Of all refugees resettled in the UK from January 2010 to December 2020, around 70% were Syrian.”

Some military families have been given just a week’s notice to leave a former air base in Essex which is being turned into accommodation for asylum seekers, Sky News has been told.

Around 18 army families have been living on the site at Wethersfield and Sky News understands the Home Office plans to move asylum seekers in this summer.

In April, Braintree District Council lost a High Court bid to prevent the move.

It is rare for military families to speak out but such is the level of frustration, a member of one of the families living on the base agreed to speak to Sky News anonymously.

They told us: “We’ve almost been moved off the base now before the asylum seekers move on. Originally we were given a good time period. It was a good couple of months. But over the last few weeks that’s all shuffled.

“For some families, it’s a week’s notice. It’s obviously quite hard for them. They’re having to pack their whole lives up in a week.”…

Since the Rwanda compact has imploded, maybe these military families and other Brits who are desperate can take refuge in Rwanda themselves, since that seems to be the one place on earth that muslims are unwilling to go. Maybe ingratiate themselves w/ Hutus & Tutsis so that they won’t be resented or hated

    • Why would we go to Rwanda as that’s for cheeky migrants who just want to take everything for free not brave soldiers and original British. Why don’t your brethren go to another islamic country instead of bothering other non Muslim countries if you hate us so much?

  2. The self-destruction of the UK continues, as it does with so many other Western nations. Most Western nations are now led by, let’s see here, liars, fools, outright traitors, excessively avaricious people and many sheer ignoramuses and incompetents (with some overlap of these “categories” at times).

    The rise of the West over the past two and a half millennia is arguably the greatest achievement of mankind. We are now living in an era which is seeing the demise of the West precipitously and for absolutely no sound, good or ethical reason. In short, madness.

      • No Western nations are led by Muslims–not yet. But they are violently influencing the West, and certainly hope to grab top leadership spots as soon as they can manage it.

        • Not in the top spot….but, behind the scenes, pulling the strings of the top spot which he at one time, had.
          And many in positions of power….in the House, as mayors, judges, city councilmen, state reps and senators, and as advisors to those in power.

        • He didn’t say ‘entirely” by mozlums, but they do have a hand in many, many Western nations.
          Sweden, U.K., Scotland, U.S., Canada, …all of these are working to pacify and each one has mozlums in offices of power.

          Just as each nation still has one or two normal thinking people trying to make a difference.

  3. Yet another example of the steady take over of vast areas and property in the UK.
    Hotels of special significance and history, have been turned into literal toilets and beautiful, friendly, SAFE & quiet villages have seen hate-faced muslim immigrants forced upon them, bringing all the theft and sexual fear that brings.
    Just a hour’s research will inform you of the scale of this infestation.
    Those in power are aware of this, are complicit and have betrayed the UK.

    …Yet this is just the start of the invasion.

  4. The first thing that crossed my mind–as a military retiree: where would those soldiers/dependents be relocated to?

    The Sky News article’s final paragraph answered that.

    ““We have been closely engaging with families on the sites throughout this process and they will be moved to brand new, energy-efficient housing which will also be considerably closer to their duty station.”

    As with our own country, what is the UK government’s plan to prevent future illegal alien arrivals?

      PRCS, if I was one of these military families, I think I’d take these assurances with a huge grain of salt.

      • As a military retiree who has been relocated/transferred many times, I wouldn’t.

  8. If it was the clintons being moved out, they would strip the place clean. If it was mozlums being moved out, they would boobytrap the place so things would blow up.

    Military families….just move. Where are they supposed to go? Maybe back to mother’s and fathers and grandparents who have the heart to take them in.

    It’s a really foul and evil thing to do. And I’m really, really, very, very, absolutely, without a doubt, sure that the mozlums will totally appreciate all of the sacrifice made for them. So much so that they won’t stop whining and complaining about the place and what they are given there. And making plans for the more violent means of their everlasting warfare. (this fake refugee/migrant thing is part of their waging war)

      • Time will tell. But if this were the case, though why were they told they had to move to accommodate migrants? Why wouldn’t they have just been told they were getting a better, more convenient upgrade?

          If the UK government is anything like ours, those military personnel/dependents’ belongings will be packed up by transfer contractors and delivered to the next duty station. They–themselves–won’t be packing up their entire lives on short notice.

          What the MOD does with the base after they leave is not their concern. It appears the local population is expressing that concern.

          The real issue: what is the UK government’s plan to prevent future illegal alien arrivals.

  10. One thing, the Conservative Party have got to to do is ask Poland, and Hungary, what can we do about the immigration problem? I remember leaving school at 14 in 1949. I worked on building sites with the Polish refugees. They were no different than we were. Same with the Hungarians in 56, And why you’re at it can you help us to sort out the NHS.
    Because there’s no party that can do anything.

  11. At this point in time i’m still at a loss for an answer —of who– or what- is behind the mass muzlim takeover of all nicely settled and mainly peaceful area’s of our modern world,???
    The mizlims surely don’t believe that the people of these prosperous modern cities are going to surrender them to be torn assunder by fanatical fervent hordes of migrating thrill seeking muzlims that claim only to want to mix in peacefully,,,as we have had the meaning of their religion explained many times,,,It stands for Peace–,,,That has to be the biggest crock of SXXX that has ever been peddled,??
    Wherever this belief is in large numnbers ,,there is chaos,,war,,killing,,and total unrest,,and that is the norm when only ythe 2 factions of the religion are all to contend with,,,Ii’m leaving out any other outside reliigions that would undoubtedly fan the flames fof jihad anymore than already going on,,,,

  12. As someone else said recently, moslems will never integrate into our society. Show me one community within any town or city, anywhere in the world, that is not naturally segregated by islam – and why? Because that is what the koran insists upon, and sooner or later every moslem will respond, moderate or not. Any claims that their intentions are peaceful is taqiyya, a lie!

  16. Sorry for this england at one time had a small but effective military but no one cares anymore because we have become so self absorbed, money hungry, and corrupt and everyone is so fearful of speaking out
