Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi paid a rare visit to Africa to expand the Islamic regime’s interests. Raisi was welcomed with open arms in Zimbabwe and signed twelve agreements to boost bilateral relations. In Uganda, Raisi manipulated the West’s woke LGBTQ agenda and advanced the values of his regime. He praised Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni for passing a tough new law to increase punishment for homosexuals — including capital punishment. As the West now grapples with the aggressive trans madness — which is causing the erosion of religious rights and freedoms — one cannot and, indeed, must not applaud the likes of Iran and other Sharia regimes that are using the West’s descent into chaos as a springboard to promote Sharia values.
The human rights of gays are protected in Western countries, as they should be, whereas gays never had equal rights in Islamic countries; nor were their human rights respected.
Raisi and other Islamic supremacists will continue manipulating the woke agenda in the West to advance their own agenda.
Zimbabwe is not an Islamic country. It is plagued by ongoing human rights abuses, dictatorship, violence, poverty and corruption. An alliance with Iran is the worst course for Zimbabwe’s future.
The expansion of Iran into Africa is more bad news for the declining West, which is now suffering the fallout of kowtowing to identity politics, Islamic supremacists and woke activists.
“Iran signs agreements with Zimbabwe as Raisi wraps up Africa tour,” Al Jazeera, July 13, 2023:
Iran and Zimbabwe have signed 12 agreements to boost bilateral relations as Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi wrapped up a three-country African tour.
Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa greeted Raisi as “my brother” on the tarmac after the Iranian leader’s plane landed on Thursday in the capital, Harare.
Hundreds of people holding welcome banners, including many from the Southern African country’s Muslim community, turned out at Robert Mugabe International Airport.
“When you see him, you see me. When you see me, you see him,” Mnangagwa told a crowd of people waving Zimbabwean and Iranian flags who had gathered around the two heads of state.
“When we went to war, Iran was our friend,” said Mnangagwa, referring to Zimbabwe’s fight against Britain for independence, which it attained in 1980. “I am happy you have come to show solidarity.”…
“Our cooperation with Zimbabwe and our cooperation with the African continent, which is a continent full of potential, could help us for mutual advances,” Raisi said in translated comments in Zimbabwe……
“In Uganda, Iranian President Attacks West On LGBT Rights,” Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, July 12, 2023:
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi on July 12 launched into a condemnation of Western attitudes on homosexuality during a visit to Uganda, which has just introduced some of the harshest anti-gay laws in the world.
“The West today is trying to promote the idea of homosexuality and by promoting homosexuality they are trying to end the generation of human beings,” Raisi said.
Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni signed a law in May making “aggravated homosexuality” a capital offense and same-sex relations punishable by life in prison, triggering outrage among human rights groups, the United Nations, LGBT activists, and Western powers….

I have no doubt that the “trans-madness” in the Western world is being funded by the people at home who stand to benefit from fracturing society and by those abroad who benefit from driving a wedge between the West and the rest of the world, in the same way that the German “Greens” were funded by Russia to protest and shut down all energy schemes except the Russian pipe-lines.
“Big pharma” makes a fortune from selling the drugs / Soros and the Marxists get to impose Communism / Iran, Qatar etc get to impose Islam / the Western world goes broke / and China scoops the pool.

Christine Douglass-Williams writes, “aggressive trans madness … is causing the erosion of religious rights and freedoms”. Please name one religious (or even non-religious) freedom that aggressive trans(sexual) madness erodes.

Several children in school have been disciplined by the teachers and staff for recognizing that the “trans” stuff is stupid, wrong, nonsense, etc. Just wearing a shirt that says there are only Two Genders, has gotten the student in trouble with the school. Told to take if off is an “erosion of “rights” and ‘freedom of speech.”

Good point.

It touches on the genius of the foreign policy of Western countries, most of which are busy excoriating Uganda, which does not want to follow in our footsteps on LGBTQIA2S+. As a result, Uganda, despite being a non-muslim country, is pushed into the arms of Iran

this is a bit of an unrelated question, but does Hinduism allow LGBT?
࿗Infidel࿘ says
In Hindu mythology, there are a few stories here and there about characters changing their sexes, and that’s been used by some to claim that Hinduism accepts all those lifestyles. Except that all that sex-changing magic described was done by gods, and that too in ways that are impossible for humans to do. Which is why there are Hindu traditionalists who’re pushing back on those trafficking in those messages: what’s described in certain texts are descriptive, just like the Biblical ones about genocides, and not prescriptive, as in ways people should actually live their lives
So short answer to your question is: “Yes for deities, no for humans”
