In the Qur’an, a mysterious figure, known as Khidr in Islamic tradition, kills a boy in an apparently random and gratuitous attack. He then explains: “And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief. So we intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy.” (18:80-81)
And according to Islamic law, “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (Reliance of the Traveller o1.1-2).
Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide. The Palestinian Authority gives pardons or suspended sentences for honor murders. Iraqi women have asked for tougher sentences for Islamic honor murderers, who get off lightly now. Syria in 2009 scrapped a law limiting the length of sentences for honor killings, but “the new law says a man can still benefit from extenuating circumstances in crimes of passion or honour ‘provided he serves a prison term of no less than two years in the case of killing.’” And in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that “Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values.”

DOMESTIC. Adil Mutlag, 53, is sentenced to life in prison after honor killing his wife in front of their children.
The 29-year-old woman was murdered on October 6 with about 30 stab wounds in the family’s home in Motala.
The couple’s two sons, who were then five and eight years old respectively, witnessed the brutal act.
“The last thing that (the 29-year-old) experienced in life was that the children were forced to see how their father stabbed their mother to death. The children were forced to witness their mother’s death struggle,” writes the district court.
The woman had previously told that she wanted to divorce Adil Mutlag, something that the 53-year-old Iraqi could not accept.
The Linköping district court finds that an honor-related motive was behind the deed.
According to the verdict, Mutlag considered that the wife, by wanting a divorce, “had dishonored his and the family’s honor,” and the murder was “intended partly to prevent further damage to the honor, partly to repair or restore the injured honor.”
Adil Mutlag has received Swedish citizenship and thus cannot be deported under current legislation.

The evil that is islam….there is no honor to be lost and no real ‘honor’ can be restored by murdering another, an innocent person; and there is no honor in murdering the mother of two small children in their presence.
She was probably sold to him when she was a child; and to look at his ugly face…yes, he is ugly inside and out…and to know just what kind of filth he is, it’s no wonder she wanted out.

Actually it appears to me that Muslims can kill anyone they want and there is an excuse for it in the Qur’an. He can honor kill his family or if they’re infidels he kill them for being infidels. Death is what they live for.

Too many Muslims, like this piece of shit, have the mentality of knuckle dragging primitives from a long past age. Their attitude to so many aspects of life and human relationships is that of 7th century arab barbarians. They should not be allowed into modern, civilised societies. They commit these types of crimes far too often. Our societies are extremely foolish to let these types of people live inside our borders.

Definitely the most blood thirsty religion that still exists in the world. A religion that perfectly suits barbaric savages, Michael. Many of those writers from the past, such as Voltaire, Alexis de Tocqueville, John Quincy Adams really understood what islam was all about very clearly, unlike some of the fools around these days who tell us that it is peaceful.

You can make them even more valuable by providing important information. For instance, in the above article, you could have revealed the race and nationality of the murdered wife that would allow readers to reach better-informed conclusions such as whether these honor killings are limited to wives who are non-muslim or not.

Quite probably Swedish press refrain from mentioning race on the spurious grounds of “sensitivity” to avoid violent reactions from muslims accusing them of racism.
