Biden recently suggested that the final clause of the 14th amendment gives him the right to print as much money as he pleases while over in New York, an Obama judge claimed that the first clause gives Muslim migrants the right to invade any part of New York that they please.
Judge Nelson S. Roman, a clownish Obama appointee, ruled in favor of an ACLU lawsuit on behalf of Sidi Mouhamed Deide, Adama Sy, Abdallahi Salem, and Mouhamed Said Maloum Din filed against counties in upstate New York that were preventing New York City’s Mayor Eric Adams from dumping illegal alien migrants there.
Roman spent the hearings ranting that the attempt to keep hotels from becoming migrant shelters were “Jim Crow” and issued a ruling falsely claiming that the fourteenth amendment protects the rights of migrant invaders to go anywhere they please in the country they invaded and thus also that local governments may not interfere with any resettling project.
Of course, this makes the efforts by Dems in Texas and California to go after Florida Gov. DeSantis for flying migrants tricky, but it’s not as if lefties are bound to any interpretation of the law other than whatever is convenient at any given time.
Roman’s order is obviously illegal, ignorant and an assertion of the shameless political bias he displayed during the hearings, ranting that it smells “like a Jim Crow law − not that I’m saying it is”.
But Román grew increasingly irritated during his colloquy with the Rockland attorneys, to the point where he started yelling at Feiden.
After Feiden noted “the potential for harm” and “the potential for mayhem” that would ensue if the hundreds of asylum seekers were allowed to reside at a Rockland County hotel, Román fired back, “Do you get a sense for what this sounds like?”
But Feiden insisted that “we don’t want the city imposing their problems on Rockland County.”
But let’s take Roman’s order at face value.
If any attempt at restraining or controlling migrants is a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, then any immigration laws of any kind are unconstitutional.
Why should someone who hops over the border be treated any differently from an American citizen?
Presto, there’s no more immigration law enforcement, no more border and nothing but a mass invasion.
That is apparently what Judge Roman and his party want.
The Fourteenth Amendment and the Constitution are not suicide pacts. The clause that Roman is abusing was there to protect freed slaves, not to maintain open borders.

These people obviously hate America and it must not be allowed to stand , they must be taken out one way or another . It’s illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional. But looking at the way things are going with the so-called “judges,” it will keep on going until what I wrote is a definite possibility.
An elderly man defended his wife and property from illegals, and was arrested and put on trial because he shot one who was on his property and breaking in, stealing, and a threat to his family, himself and his property.
A pastor defended his son when the son was being assaulted by a pro-baby-killer on the street, and the swat fbi raided his home and arrested him….not the one engaging in assault of a minor.
What I wrote is a possibility.

Essentially, the Dems are now on the same side as those who don’t believe that the US is a legitimate country, since it’s on land stolen from native populations. Their argument is that since Whites are illegals in this country who won’t go back to Europe, therefore people from all over the world are allowed to come here and Whitey has no business stopping them. Under that logic, even the BIPOC people who immigrated legally did so under the laws of this illegitimate country, & so their opinions count for nothing either. What they don’t get is that a point will come when immigrants will overrun even their own nests, be it Georgetown, Martha’s Vineyard, Manhattan, Pacifica and all those upscale areas where Dem elitists live. At that point, they’ll be in no position to deny these immigrants their own pads, or even get mugged or raped in the process
I’m not sure how we prevent the Dems from stealing another election, but if that does happen, this time it’s more likely to be a civil war

95% of American Indian Natives died due to disease in those early years. An American Indian on his own lands addressed this with us by saying their own history is that their Nation was wiped out before they saw the first White Man. There is no country in today’s world that wouldn’t be flooded with incomers in such a situation.
If those who oppose the presence of my lineage in the US are also agreeing to return us to Middle Ages landholdings from which my family was driven (along with all their contributions here), I’m fine with that.

I was simply trying to point out the fact that we who define as “Native Americans” actually, at one time, lived in Eurasia.
The differences between migration and invasion are really a separate discussion.

The Native American tribes included many that moved about in the land. As their food supply moved or dwindled due to winter, spring, summer, etc., the tribes moved in order to survive.
Migration is a natural process for many animals, and some humans have found it necessary for survival.
Migrating for survival is not nearly the same as invasion of the lands of others who have made their homes in that land. Invasion is not for survival, but for control of resources and people.
The hordes of mozlums moving from where they have lived to all the other nations on earth, is not for survival, but for control and subjugation of the world’s population for their fake god and fake prophet.

Illegals should never gain the right to vote. The simplest change we can make to our immigration law is to deny citizenship to anyone who enters the country illegally, regardless of their age at the time they entered. You can give them the right to remain here as permanent residents, but nothing more. Only those who are born here or who are naturalized by law should vote.

The [nonexistent] clause that judge Roman is abusing was supposedly written to protect freed slaves… which, when you read the history involving the 13th and 14th amendments they establish the 14th was never [Lawfully : procedurally] passed into Law= so, does not exist… not even in contemplation.
since the 14th does not exist, it did not and cannot create the/any Lawful authority to act; thus, the 14th did not ever and does not now protect anyone from anything, for any reason, or allow the creation of any new Law = justifies nothing done in the name of the 14th and provides no immunity.
