In a speech promoting India’s Uniform Civil Code, Indian Prime Minster Modi challenged what has become a common attempt to create a two-tier justice system, while portraying Muslims as victims.
Modi advocated for one system of law for all citizens and highlighted the practice of triple talaq, an Islamic process where a woman can find herself instantly divorced after her husband repeats three times: “I divorce you.” Modi challenged the practice with the question: “If triple talaq is essential to Islam, why is it absent in Muslim majority countries?”
All over the world, one can observe the deceitful stratagem of manipulating and disrupting the unity of entire countries in service of Islamic agendas. For example, the hijab and niqab (a demeaning religious requirement — Quran 24:31, 33:59) are major sticking points in workplaces everywhere.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Tuesday made a push for the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) while speaking to booth-level workers in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh.
He was interacting with 3,000 workers in Bhopal and over 10 lakh virtually after he arrived in the city on Tuesday morning. Several of his events in MP’s tribal districts had to be cancelled following heavy rains, but he managed to flag off five Vande Bharat trains at Rani Kamlapati railway station.
Speaking at an event called ‘Mera Booth, Sabse Mazboot’, Modi said, “Today we are witnessing how people are trying to provoke others in the name of a Uniform Civil Code. If there is one law for one family member and another for another family member in a household, can that family function smoothly? How can a country function with such dual systems? We must remember that the Indian Constitution also speaks of equal rights for citizens.”
“These people who accuse us… are the ones who create divisions between Hindus and Muslims,” he said, adding: “If they genuinely cared about the welfare of Muslims, Muslim brothers and sisters would not lag in education and employment, and they would not be forced to live a life of hardships. The Supreme Court is saying, bring a Uniform Civil Code, but people hungry for vote bank politics are the ones causing difficulties for our marginalised Muslim brothers and sisters.”
His comments were in response to a question by a UP-based booth worker, Rani Chaurasiya, who had asked Modi how to clear misconceptions about triple talaq and the UCC among the Muslim community.
On triple talaq, the PM said, “I think we need to study a little to understand that those who speak in favour of triple talaq, advocate for triple talaq, these vote-hungry individuals are causing great injustice to Muslim daughters.”….

According to Sharia, its code of Dhimmitude, a non-Muslim partner is not allowed to preserve their own religion in a mixed marriage to a Muslim.
Moreover, according to the same code, If both non-Muslim parents die and their children become orphaned, the state is obligated to raise them as Muslims.

Agreed, he’s definitely saying more about it than western leaders.
But he’s still using the language of ‘co-existence’ when he should just denounce Islam entirely. It’s a Hindu country, not Islamic which was an invasive, virulent ideology.
It’s one thing if invaders integrated into the new nation they invaded, it’s another if they continue to remain a thorn in the side of the dominant population.
Then they must be forced to adapt or leave and their ideology must be eradicated.

I have a counter-intuitive stance here. Honestly, I don’t care about muslim women, who are just as vicious as muslim men – just look online in social media. As a result, I have tough questions for Hindus who support UCC as described above:
‣ In what way do Hindus benefit from life being made easier for muslimahs?
‣ What are the changes that Hindus will be forced to accept as a result of such a law?
‣ What in the UCC will address demographic changes that have been happening in India in favor of muslims and to the detriment of Hindus in every state? B’cos once muslims are a plurality, much less a majority, India would simply become another Malaysia, and that UCC can then be repealed and replaced by Shariah law
Problem in India is that in the name of various woke causes, traditional Hindu festivals like Holi, Navratri, Diwali have been slammed by both woke entities there, as well as by this BJP government. Hindus are routinely lectured for scaring animals on Holi by throwing Holi paints on each other, or wasting water, causing pollution on Diwali w/ fireworks even though it has been analyzed and shown that fireworks is just 0.01% of the pollution on that one day, and so on. In the meantime, Eid-ul-Adha is this week, but none of them dare question muslims on the bloodbath that they engage in on that day
All of this has been happening under a regime that is ostensibly a “Hindu nationalist” regime, which has only discriminated against Hindus and eroded the sanctity of various Hindu practices. As a result, Hindus are right to be suspicious of any announcements by this regime when it involves muslims

Muslims have made coexistence impossible and you make a great point that if you allow their population to grow, India will become like Malaysia, and similar nations where non-Muslims have to bow to Islamic demands.

Thats thanks to well-meaning but ill-conceived idea of tolerance, it doesn’t work with intolerant groups and ideologies…since they will eventually destroy and replace the tolerant.
India and Israel, Europe and other nations are guilty of this and look at the results. Muslim repay non-Muslim kindness with stabbings, terrorism, rape and warfare.
They see tolerance as weakness and an invitation to attack. Only by being ruthless in return will they behave ‘peacefully.’ But the long term, sensible solution is to make the Islamic people go to zero…whatever it takes.
