Germany: Woman who was injured in Muslim migrant’s knife attack on train commits suicide

You can say that again. And that failure goes far deeper than most people realize.

“Woman commits suicide after Brokstedt knife attack,” translated from “Frau begeht nach Messerattacke von Brokstedt Selbstmord,” Junge Freiheit, June 13, 2023:

BROKSTEDT. One of the victims of the Brokstedt knife attack committed suicide about six months after the bloody deed. The 54-year-old woman sat across from the attacker on the regional train and survived injured.

“We are aware of this tragic case, our sympathy goes to the relatives,” said a spokesman for the state Ministry of Justice. The Flensburger Tageblatt had previously reported on the woman’s death. She is said to have suffered from depression before the attack. The bloody deed was not exactly conducive to their situation, it said. It is unclear what ultimately triggered the woman to take her own life.

The stateless Palestinian Ibrahim A. killed two young people on the train from Kiel to Hamburg. It was a newly in love couple. Five other people were injured, but survived. After his act, the police arrested the migrant on the spot.

The case had also caused discussions because of the allegation of complete failure of the authorities. Ibrahim A. has been charged with murder and attempted murder since the end of April.

  1. Given that Germany is committing national suicide, it’s not surprising. Rest in peace.

  2. If you Import poorly educated, religiously indoctrinated Muslims from around the world, you should expect consequences to those not paying the Jizya, or obedient to the Moslem in question.

  3. Probably the authorities want poorly educated, violent people as immigrants, because they can be used as an excuse to expand the welfare state and increase the challenge to traditional Christianity and Judaism.

  4. The poor woman. Depression is a terrible thing and a lot of people suffer, many in silence.
    The attack just added to her misery; perhaps the murder of the young couple added to her sadness and she didn’t have, in her mind, a reason to keep trying.

    And, I still believe it’s wrong to hide the full identity of mozlum murderers and rapists. Their names and faces should be broadcast far and wide and then they should be hanged. And their relatives and close associates should be watched for the “revenge” some would seek.

    • To somehistory- You know I respect you, your Christian faith, and your comments here, but I disagree about hanging a killer. Hanging has been called “cruel”. So I advocate for the convicted killer to be killed with 2 bullets;
      1 to the brain and 1 to the heart.

      I hope Palestinian Ibrahim A.
      gets the death penalty at his trial and gets those 2 bullets to his heart and brain. His death will be a more civilized death than what he inflicted on his totally innocent victims.

        Why do you want spare the killer any pain and suffering? Doesn’t he deserve to suffer as much if not 10 times more than his victims for his attack?

        These people are evil monsters who should’ve never been let into the country in the first place.

        Not only did he injure this poor depressed (probably already suicidal) woman, he killed a couple no doubt out of jealousy.

        We don’t need monsters like this to be alive in the first place.

        Being ‘civilized’ should only be reserved for civilized people, not killers/rapists/terrorists.

        • To Fitna, I understand exactly what you mean and I do not blame you one bit for how you feel. But I think in a civilized society, murderers should not be treated as they acted. That is my belief.

          While we don’t agree on much, on this issue we do.

          For those who think hanging is appropriate, which method do they prefer: the drop– which usually ends the individual’s life quickly, or by lifting them to a slow, choking death with a crane (the method Iranian Mullahs prefer)?

        You have a kind heart.
        However, I say hanged because it would be possible for others to see that he had to pay the ultimate price for the lives he took.
        When justice is expressed, it can have an effect on those who see it…not wanting it to happen to them.
        Why give the murderer something he did not show his victims? To execute him in a way to ease his suffering, is showing him mercy…something he didn’t care to show those whom he murdered and tried to murder.
        He did, indirectly, murder this poor depressed woman, also. Did he take her feelings into account?
        The no “cruelty” thing in this country has been taken to a ridiculous level of not wanting even serial murderers to “suffer.”
        This murderer should pay with his life. Whatever way will bring the most to the survivors of his victims in the way of a feeling that justice has been done.

  5. You know in a time when we had more balls, we would be in the street sorting this out once and for all and invaders would then stop to think coming here is NOT their best move ! Vigilantism needs to be woken from the deep sleep socialism has placed it !

  6. I will tell you why she commited suicide its very clear to me!!!! i am a victim of jihad myself..
    when the muslims attack you and you survive the jihadis want you dead so that you never tell the story to nobody…. and so their gangs take turns to drive you crazy to hopefully commit suicide or otherwise attack you over again and even pay natives to attack you untill you are dead… so you never get to tell the story about the initial attack to nobody…
    other tactics is to silence you to isolate you with false accusations and marginalise you from the society so you again never speak of the jihad attack you survived….
    it is not the first time that victims of jihad attacks are attacked over and over again…. or commit suicide because they have been driven mad by the gangs….

  7. I suggest the following. If the killer was motivated by Islam, spare his life but only if he will publicly state the Islamic reasons why he carried out the horrific stabbing. Have him point out the passages in the Quran that motivated him and sanctioned his actions. If others motivated/sanctioned his actions they too shall be given life in prison under that same conditions.

    By showing compassion we demonstrate superiority. By doing so we educate the population as to the dangers of Islam so that there is no deception and we do stoop to their level.

    Just executing the man buries the lead. Every killer further illustrates the sick motivation behind the action.

    • To rubiconcrest- No murderer should be forgiven and pardoned (or spared) in my opinion, if he or she is found guilty by a legitimate jury. The murderer’s thinking is this: “If I can get away with it, then good for me. It’s worth a try.”

      • I said not executed, of course he should spend the rest of his life in prison. I did not make that clear above.

      • ‘spare his life, but spend the rest of his life in prison’, is what I should have said. His life in exchange for damming Islam.

  8. if you want an example about how much victims of jihad attacks are not left alone after the attack here is one…..
    i read about a 13 year old swedish girl that was brutally raped and murdered in sweden by muslims…
    her father turned to publicity because they are not leaving her alone even in her grave…. they go desecrating the grave of the young girl everyweek and every week her father repairs it and every week the muslims desecrate the grave and dirty it with poo and piss over and over and over again.,…..
    how is that for an example of the fate of vivtims of jihad attacks?????

  9. I remember reading some time ago that ‘we can only defeat terrible people by being even more terrible than them.’ I can’t remember who said it, but it’s very true. Compassion does not work on people who see that as weakness.
    Western countries could start by removing all of their economically inactive migrants, and then dismantling the plethora of Islamic organisations.
    If we carry on as we are there will be no Western civilisation remaining by the end of this century.

    • To Old Brommie- How come the people in Washington DC do not know what you just stated so correctly? I do not advocate for evil sadistic acts. But to protect and defend oneself is a God given right, yet only in the evil doctrines of Islam are infidels not supposed to fight back and defend themselves.

    • I am not against capital punishment. But it costs more than life in prison. One goal of jihad is to kill the enemy slowly, economically. Letting a murderer live if he tells the truth about his faith serves two goals, saves money and educates the useful idiots about Islam. So many still think the Catholic church or religions in general are all just as bad as Islam.

      Thanks to stupid presidents starting with Clinton and Bush 2 and Obama we have a growing Islam problem and no public figure tells the truth about the problem. Trump was not in office long enough for his extreme vetting to have much effect.

      Being ruthless in the face of evil is always warranted but we are fighting an ideology. Jihadists are a tiny menace compared to the nation states promoting the violence. Uniting the free world against the ideology must be the goal, run the wells dry.

        For a given case, life imprisonment without the possibility of parole may be more “cost-effective” than capital punishment.

        For a given case.

        But capital punishment, moving forward, has the potential of deterrence – i.e., decreasing capital cases to begin with.

        And saving money in the long run.

        • James, that is one of the finer points made in Criminology. Feeding, housing, clothing, medical treatment, dental treatment….some prisoners get cancer and other serious health issues which cost a lot to see that they are cared for as if they were rich and on the outside.
          The cost for a criminal to be executed, can be as little as the charge of Old Sparky in Starke, Florida. It’s the housing, feeding, clothing and medical care while the case is appealed…over and over….that costs so much.

          time posted of 7:08 pm left out another costly reason: the need for more lawyers and experts when a case is appealed.

        • Yes, Linde, I thought about those and they do cost the public if the defense is supplied by the public defender’s office. And it often is.
          And you are right about the Court costs…every appeal makes a court have to hear the *new evidence* or the technical issues…Maranda, fruit of the poisonous tree, incompetent representation, etc.
          Just the cost of printing every document and sending them to the proper person costs a bundle.
          It all adds up.

    • Well that has been tried for centuries and did not stop the advance of Islam. The middle east was overrun. We were assaulted and exacted some revenge of sorts at the cost of trillions. How has it worked out for us? We opened our doors to those who attacked us. People are less united about the dangers of Islam to do anything about it. And even on these pages all we can suggest is the tried and failed whack a mole strategy.
