Ammar Ansari of the the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) leaves out quite a lot of salient information. FBI hate crime statistics show that Muslims are rarely targeted in hate crimes, which far more often victimize Jews and others. In fact, anti-Muslim hate crimes actually declined by 42% from 2020 to 2021. But those facts don’t fit the narrative that Muslims face widespread discrimination and harassment in the United States, and so the facts have to take a back seat.
He also complains about Muslims being “racialized as Arab or South Asian.” If there is any truth to that at all, whose fault is it? Who but CAIR has been charging “racism” at every criticism of jihad violence and Sharia oppression? Note also that the examples he gives of “Islamophobia” being “institutionalized” in the U.S. all have to do with fighting jihad terrorism. Resistance to jihad is “Islamophobic,” you see. We’re just supposed to surrender.

“For the first time, a decline in a total number of cases, specifically a 23% decline,” has been seen in CAIR’s new civil rights report, Research and Advocacy Coordinator at The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Ammar Ansari, told Anadolu Agency (AA).
“But while we see that this is encouraging, we need to keep in mind that if we’re looking at the data from 1995 to today, it’s still three times more than the years following the 9/11 attacks – the number of complaints that we receive,” he said.
Ansari said that according to the FBI hate crime reports published yearly, “hate crimes in the United States against Muslims spiked immediately after 9/11 and are still an upward trend in this country.”
Islamophobia is institutionalized, instrumentalized and internalized in the U.S., he said. “Some of these examples in which we see Islamophobia being institutionalized are the Patriot Act shortly after 9/11, the CVE program by the Obama administration that almost exclusively targeted Muslims through false Islamophobic perceptions, as well as the Muslim ban by the Trump administration.”
“Politicians and anti-Muslim activists use Islamophobia, think tanks, and the media to push an agenda. And the classic example that we see is that Trump would say things like Islam hates us in the early days of his presidential campaign in 2015 as a strategy to divide the country and win the presidency,” he said.

islam deserves every bit of hatred that it cops. For 1400 years, islam has slaughtered non-Muslims and the Koran is full of unmitigated hatred for all of us non-Muslims, the hated non-believers. The arrogance and insanity of islam is amazing. Muslims seem to think that they can carry on with the murderous viciousness that they constantly display, with the terrorist attacks, the rape gangs, etc, and yet non-Muslims are going to say, oh, that’s all OK, we still like islam, we don’t hate islam. islam should be hated by all non-Muslims because of the treatment they have received from Muslims for centuries. The more islamophobia the better. If there is enough islamophobia, enough people waking up to islam’s vile nature, then we might finally really crack down on islam, which is an evil and barbaric load of crap and a blight on the human race..

CAIR is stating that the “fear” of islam is “unreasonable”.
Imagine, during World War II, if enemies of the Allied forces use the term “Nazi-phobia”.

Our concerns, fears, qualms, outrage etc about Islam and Muslims are borne out of 1400 years of Muslims killing, raping and subjugating non Muslims in the name of jihad and the Quran.
