Afghanistan is known as as the “most repressive country in the world” for women’s rights; the country adheres rigidly to Sharia law. The only way any rights for women and girls will be restored in Afghanistan is if the Taliban is overthrown and replaced with a more humane government. But the likelihood of that happening is slim, particularly after the catastrophic failure of the Biden administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan. Even former Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, as corrupt as he was reported to be, stated that his biggest mistake was trusting America.

A prominent activist for girls’ education has been arrested in Afghanistan, in the latest sign that hardline Taliban authorities are determined to stamp out all opposition to their ban on girls and women attending school or universities.
Matiullah Wesa, founder and leader of the Pen Path charity, had been fighting for education for Afghan children who were out of school – both boys and girls – for more than a decade, with a focus on rural areas of southern Afghanistan.
Top diplomats and human rights groups, including a senior UN envoy and Amnesty International, called for his immediate release.
“He could have left Afghanistan, but he stayed despite the risks to work for his people, advocating for education rights for girls,” said Samira Hamidi, Amnesty International’s South Asia campaigner.
Wesa was detained after attending prayers at his local mosque on Friday, his brother, Attaullah Wesa, told the Guardian: “Matiullah was at the mosque in Kabul, offering his prayers. When he stepped out, there were gunmen in two vehicles who ran towards him to arrest him.”
“Our elder brother was with Matiullah and they tried to question the men, asked them to show ID, but they showed him their weapons instead and took him away,” he said, adding that the family was very concerned about Matiullah’s safety….

You can be the kindest, most wonderful and moral human being on the planet and try to reason with these barbarians that girls need an education, but for these low-IQ knuckle-draggers, if it’s not condoned by their evil death cult, then it is ‘haram.’
Rational, intelligent people don’t seem to understand that they have a different software code running on their puny brains. They are also the self-proclaimed gatekeeps of the dissemination of knowledge in their nation…so if you want to educate girls or do any of the things we take for granted in the West, you have to go through the Taliban.
Given that these backwards savages think they are doing the will of their God, they don’t need or want ‘infidels’ telling them what to do, even if their way is far better and healthier for society.
So what is there to discuss with the Taliban? Absolutely nothing, you play the same game they do, which is if you want real freedom, then you need to take them out. First wipe out these nutters and eliminate their evil, stupid and outdated ideology, only then can you safely allow the education of women.
Another sensible option, since most of the world really doesn’t give a damn about Muslims until they are personally affected by them, is for Afghani girls/women to either escape their country or commit suicide if they cannot afford to.
If you’re born into lunatic asylum of a country where there’s a very high probability that you’re going to get raped, beaten, tortured and killed, then suicide is a logical option. When all their women are gone, Muslim men will be unable to reproduce and they and their evil cult will die along with them.
If anything western nations should help educate Muslim women to end their lives, give them an education on the various cheap and easy suicide methods…obviously that’s if we’re not going to help them change their nation into secular democracies like our own.
Ofc with the last option, that will require invasion/warfare and then ‘democratization,’ which clearly our own stupid leaders have no interest in doing. The invasions of Iraq/Afg was the perfect opportunity for the West to de-Islamify a country and bring them freedom…instead they allowed the same ideology that attacked them on 9/11 to remain…so what was the point of invading and occupying then?
