With unchecked mass migration from Muslim-majority North Africa and Middle East, the German authorities are struggling to cope with the surge in child marriages across the country.
Germany’s top constitutional court on Wednesday urged the government to ease the child marriage law which nullifies such marital unions, and requires the separation of child brides from their husbands upon arrival in the country.
“Germany’s constitutional court ruled Wednesday that a law banning child marriages needs to be amended because it removes the possibility of continuing a marriage once both spouses become adults,” the Associated Press reported.
The court’s ruling came in response to a case brought forward by a 21-year-old Syrian man who was separated by the authorities from his 14-year-old “bride.”

Germany’s Constitutional Court on Wednesday ruled that a 2017 law aimed at ending child marriages is not clear enough and must be amended.
The current statute declares all marriages invalid if one of the parties was under 16 at the time of the wedding. This includes marriages entered into abroad by German residents.
It was designed to prevent parents from sending their children to other countries to participate in arranged marriages, and to invalidate child marriages performed abroad on couples who later came to Germany.
The court gave lawmakers until the end of June 2024 to issue clarifications on issues such as whether minors could petition for alimony before or after their 16th birthday, and whether a previously void marriage becomes valid after both parties are at least 16 years old.
The current case was brought before the Constitutional Court by a Syrian couple whose marriage was invalidated when they arrived in Germany in 2015 as refugees.
At the time, the girl was 14 and the man was 21. Upon arrival, she was separated from her husband and placed in a facility for female refugees.
The law banning child marriages was passed by the German parliament in 2017, two years after German Chancellor Angela Merkel opened the country’s borders to uncontrolled migration, resulting in the mass-importation of child brides.
The scale of the problem is difficult to assess. German authorities were unaware of the number of child marriages being arranged or imported into the country, a 2018 media reports suggested.
The mass-importation of child brides is not the only ugly feature of Germany’s misguided immigration policy. The German government has also been flying in ISIS brides and their children stranded in Syria and Iraq since the fall of the Islamic khalifate.

Where to start? Firstly, there is no mention of the age of Mary or of Joseph in the New Testament. The tradition of Joseph being an older man dates from the later Middle Ages–it is in no way Biblical. Here’s more:

And the irony regarding this is that this was indicated to show that Joseph was *not* having sex with Mary, and that she remained virgo intacta after marriage. So even using this later, non-Biblical trope to show that Joseph was having sex with an underaged girl does not fly.

A child cannot consent to being “married.” This *arrangement* is so an adult male can *legally* rape a child as often as he lusts to do so.
If a child is raped by an adult male, and is then taken away to safety, then decides as an adult to go back to her rapist, why does this need to change the whole law?
Furthermore, how can the authorities be sure that this girl actually wants to go back of her own free will? If this young woman is making the plea based on her own choice and not being threatened, the same will not be true of all others who turn 16 and the lusty male comes calling to get back his victim.
In Turkey…of all places….a girl who was sold into sex slavery to her father’s friend….fake marriage of course….was told by her father that it was a “game,” and when the game was over, she was sent away with the lusty male to be raped. She is now in her 20’s and is suing to get Turkey’s law changed.

Muhammad was the best man who ever lived according to the Muslims. Therefore whatever he did is above criticism.
Germany will therefore sooner or later accept Aisha as the norm with her 6 years or it will give up any minimum age requirement as is the case in some Islamic countries.
The next step will be acts of Love Jihad involving adult Muslim men abducting little girls for rape/marriage after forced conversion to Islam. That will happen to Christian families and there will be no remedy as it would be islamophobic!

Why are non muslim/islamic people so willing to change their laws that protect children and women from predators? If you are migrating as a refugee or because your job sends you to another country, you need to follow the laws of that country or suffer the consequences. Guaranteed if you go to Saudi Arabia or Qatar and start to preach Christianity or hand out bibles they will arrest you and hurt you. You had better follow their laws, they don’t care if the country you came from or your religion is different.

This had to follow what the German school system started doing over 20 years ago. That was the started teaching 5 yr olds graphically about A..l sex. I guess this was to start teaching them about the migrants expected behavior towards children. It was not reported to the world but I have a friend in Germany that is married to a treacher and he told me about it.His wife confirmed it.
