The Uniform Civil Code would apply to all citizens of India equally, regardless of their religion. This enrages the members of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, as they want to follow Sharia over and above the laws of the land. Can a society long endure, however, when it has two systems of laws for different segments of the population?
“‘Commands of Quran can’t be changed’: Muslim body passes resolution against Uniform Civil Code,” The Week, February 11, 2023:
The Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind on Saturday passed a resolution against implementation of Uniform Civil Code, saying the government motivated by vote bank politics is trying to abolish the Muslim Personal Law. It said the UCC is not only a problem for Muslims, but is related to different social groups, communities and castes.
“The reason for the greater sensitivity of Muslims to Muslim personal law is that Islamic Shari’a is embedded in all spheres of life and in social and moral aspects. The commands of the Holy Quran are created by the creator of this universe and cannot be changed,” the resolution said.
The organisation said implementation of any law undermining the pluralism of the country will directly affect the unity and integrity of the country. It further alleged that the attempt to abolish Muslim Personal Law is against the spirit of democracy and the guarantees given in the Constitution.
“When the law of this country was being written, the Constituent Assembly guaranteed that the religious affairs of the Muslims, especially their personal law, would not be tampered with. This is the object and spirit of Articles 25 to 29 of the Constitution,” it said.
The JUH lamented that in recent times the courts have paved the way for the destruction of Muslim Personal Law by “arbitrary interpretation” of Shariat’s mandate and Quranic verses. “This attitude of the courts is very harmful to the faith of minorities and weaker sections,” it said….

Notice how these deceptive vermin use the words ‘minorities’ or when they need to they refer to race. Even though they know they’re the only troublemakers in every country, they use such words to make it appear that other non-Muslims share their cause, which ofc they don’t.
Let’s also not forget wherever Muslims are the majority they don’t give a damn about (non-Muslim) minority rights. In fact they persecute them until they’re all killed, converted or forced to run away.
If free nations had any brains they’d expel all Muslims period. In fact the Muslims themselves should have the common sense to leave, knowing that their values go against our own.
Ofc they’re not here to live in harmony with anyone, their goal is to claim to be oppressed (exactly as they do in Fakestine and Israel), then to start raping, bombing and terrorizing non-Muslims until we’re forced to either leave or fight back and defeat them.
The West and other non-Muslim countries keep making the mistake of assuming Muslims are exactly like the rest of us, but they’re not. They’re the enemy within and they need to be treated as such.

Hindu groups should demand the right to have separate laws for themselves, encoded, just like muslims and to an extent, Christians do. Heck, even Sikhs, Parsis, Jains, Buddhists and Jews ought to toss their hats in for different laws
Only thing: there should be a common code on basic things, like bans on polygamy, halala, FGM. But beyond that, fine – allow each community to have their own civil code, not just muslims, but Hindus as well!

The law of the land it is written, even in the Quran, that the law of the land should be followed above any other laws. If Muslims wish to have special laws that only affect them, then fine. As long as any ruling under their law does not conflict with the law of the land. If they have a problem with the law, in any country they are living, they should move to a country of their choosing, which will cater for their requirements. Muslims should not try and change anything in the country they “CHOOSE TO LIVE IN” they are the minority and do not have any rights to usurp the heritage and customs of rights of any country they reside. If they require special treatment, I am sure there are plenty of places in the world which will accommodate them, perhaps even help from the government with a moving grant? Just a thought!!

Uniform civil code in India is a must.
Ron Clayton says
Its not just a must for India, every country should implement one law and that’s the law of the land. No other so called laws have any validity over common law of the country.

Islam wants to rule the world. They are invading countries not to assimilate into the society of the host country, but to establish islamic law and muslim rule.
