Christians are often abjectly grateful when they see Muslims standing for traditional values against the Left’s onslaught. But they should proceed with caution, as a partnership with Muslims can only go so far, given the Qur’an’s contempt for non-Muslims, “the most vile of created beings” (98:6).
“Trust, But Verify,” by Kristine Christlieb, ChurchMilitant.com, February 4, 2023:
Catholics and other conservative Christians have been watching in horror as the sexual revolution has expanded and captured more political territory.
In tonight’s In-Depth Report, Church Militant’s Kristine Christlieb explores the possibility of Catholics partnering with Muslims against the woke agenda.
School board meeting participant: “They’re sexually explicit. They’re pornographic. They’re disgusting. I’m disgusted just looking at them, let alone read them.”
In a community where 42% of the population is Arab — Dearborn, Michigan — Muslims and Christians battled together this past fall to have sexually explicit LGBT books removed from school shelves….
In December, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation published a statement titled “Right to Family Life: Islamic and Human Rights Perspectives to Counter Challenges to the Institution of Marriage.”
The OIC is a 57-nation organization comprised of majority Muslim countries and is the largest voting bloc at the United Nations.
Its recent statement in response to the UN’s unrelenting support for issues such as gay marriage and abortion rights could be cause for optimism because it uses language compatible with Christian values and declares, for example, “Society can only prosper through a stable family achieved through marriage between man and woman as husband and wife.”
Before entering into alliances with Muslim organizations like the OIC, other nations should exercise caution, says Islamic expert Robert Spencer.
Robert Spencer, director, Jihad Watch:
There is a long-standing practice among Islamic spokesmen who address the West, or who understand their words will be read and studied in the West, to use words that will build bridges to people and groups in the West and make them think that they have a reliable ally.
Spencer gives specific examples that draw stark lines of demarcation.
Spencer: “In this case, the key word here is family. … The OIC is not talking about it in this document, but Islam allows for polygamy. A man can have up to four wives and as many concubines as he wishes.”…

Two questions, one answer. No, they can’t; and no they shouldn’t try.
Jesus said, “The world hates you, because it has hated me.”
The Apostle James said Christians should not be ‘friends of the world.’ James 4:4
“Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” KJ
Wherever mozlums are in large numbers, and the ruling class are mozlum, they make fairly clear that their hatred of Christians is a large part of their worship of their false god.
mozlums may not “assimilate” but they are a part of the “world” that hates Christians because these ones follow Jesus Christ.
mozlums pretend to love Jesus, but they show their hatred in two ways; They lie about Jesus and they persecute and slaughter His children.
True Christians **know** we cannot form friendships, partnerships and alliances with mozlums and do not try to form these.

Absolutely right!
Normally, muslims had no issues allying w/ the Left against Christians on a whole host of things that islam itself was ambivalent about. Only when the issue became LGBTQIA+, which islam is explicitly hateful about, did they deem it fit to switch sides
Christians should absolutely avoid taking any sides here, and treat it as an alien vs predator scenario that it is. Let muslims and LGBTQIA+ tear each other apart, and just watch. Both are your enemies, so like the two cats of Kilkinney, just watch them destroy each other, or at least severely damage each other
It’s no different from internecine muslim conflicts, be it sunni vs shi’a, IS vs Taliban, Hamas vs Fatah and so on. Just let both sides keep slaughtering each other. Same thing goes for muslims vs LGBTQIA+

How can such a dubious, crudely-fabricated pseudo-‘religious’ excuse for an ‘ideology’ as islam, which was clearly cobbled together only to provide a respectable public front to validate the avaricious ambitions of a deluded and power-mad 7th.century criminal godfather, possibly be trusted as a partner by any group that prides it self on having a functioning moral compass, particularly when (a) the founders of islam couldn’t even manage to formulate a coherent creed when plagiarising their ‘theological’ material from all and sundry and (b) they somehow saw no problem in not only promoting lying and deceit in their canon but virtually turned it into a science? The whole idea is no more preposterous than the thought of someone like Eliot Ness professionally collaborating with the likes of Al Capone for their mutual benefit. Absolutely outrageous.

No. NEVER!
This is woke crap is something we SHOULD have the numbers and backbone to handle by ourselves.
And rightly VENT in woke’s face.
However Muslims want to handle woke, I don’t give a crap. All I know is, if we partner with them, EVERY compromise will be in THEIR favor.
Sure there’ll be some nicey nice muslims to our face, but there will ALWAYS be a good chunk of those doing so just to stab us in the back.

What ‘traditional values’ are there in Islam? Freedom to kill your family members who dishonor you (in your own eyes, anyway)? A call to fight the disbelievers, wherever you find them and to kill those who leave the Islamic religion?
How many OIC countries treat their non-Muslim citizens with the same respect they demand of us? Any statements on family values from OIC should be considered suspect. It’s a harder call when dealing with American Muslims on a local level. Their children generally go to the same schools as non-Muslims. There may be more that divides us than unites us, but is it too much to ask that we admit that there are some cases where we share the same goals? Why not go one step at a time?

I fairly frequently find those posting elsewhere who insist that religious people are of the same conservative mindset and therefore political allies. There’s always the common ground in Abraham argument, as well. Pointing to the problems with their claims never goes anywhere. I’ve come to believe they are not as they represent and have their own nefarious intents and purposes.
Finally, I have encountered those who claim to be Christians but insist that Christianity must rely on muslims to win, which obviously means they don’t believe in the Almighty in whom they are called to place their trust.

HP, I find similar things in what people write and say. Like in this nation, the democratic party and its members are one way, but democrats in another country might be more like the republicans of this nation. Words are not always used the same way, even on the same or similar subjects.
In my opinion, which may not be the same as other people who see themselves as following Christ, mozlums are users. And they abuse the friendship or hospitality, and Golden Rule demonstrated by others.
Much like a guy who is a psychopath and uses his mom’s love for him to get things from her that she shouldn’t have to give …demonstrating that he is a user and abuser of her love.
Men and women who are selfish in the extreme, will use others until the others are no longer useful, and then they toss them aside
In the book Snakes in Suits, the point is made by the example of a con artist who joins a church and learns that with just the right words, gestures, etc., he can get all of the money and charity the congregation has to give, and then when they are broke and have nothing left to give him, he moves on.
mozlums pretend in the same way until they get what they want….power and control.

I’ve even encountered a poster who insisted that muslims were necessary to fight pornography for us since muslims never use it. Alrighty then!

I am of the opinion that mozlums do whatever they want to as long as they can say it furthers islam. m. atta went to a bar, drank, smoked and watched tv before he got on the plane. Or they do so if they believe they won’t be caught by the so-called morality police.
Several years ago, my son showed me an article detailing how young mozlum males make a practice of homosexuality because they don’t have wives…the old ones take too many of the young baby girls for many to be left to the young to rape.
And, if they were not in to porn, they probably could resist the baby girls who are not fully covered, tiny head to tiny toes. If they wanted to resist, that is.

Gen. Flynn says for devices seized during his operations, about 80% of their content was porn. It’s amazing just how much the idea that islam is purity itself has hold of the western mind.

Hoi, it is said that satan’s greatest achievement is in convincing people that he does not exist. (the Bible says he “transforms himself into an angel of light.)
The devil is the source of islam, so it is no wonder that so many have become convinced that islam is good, peaceful, and pure. the only thing pure about it is the evil.
And yet, it is still amazing, as you say, that so many believe the lies.

And your final point is so important.; We must rely on our God to protect us and to fight for us.
