I’m just throwing out ideas here, I don’t know what the future holds, but I suspect, given that we have millions of big, strong, scary non-Muslim men who are seeing what Muslims are doing to ordinary citizens, eventually there’s going to be a major backlash-assuming there isn’t a total media blackout as their violence and terrorism gets worse.
Eventually the Jihad will lead to a Counter-Jihad. If it can happen in some of the more poorer countries inhabited by pretty peaceful people like Buddhists (Burma/Thailand, etc), who fought back against Muslims, then certainly it’s even more likely to happen in nations that have known war firsthand and have their own share of warriors.
What concerns me more is that when the backlash does come-and I think it definitely will, it’s possible many innocent non-Muslims (who look like Muslims) might end up being attacked. Ofc that’s not to say it’s right for anyone to be attacked, except actual terrorists, but that’s where we’re headed, esp. if the authorities continue to do nothing about this problem.
This could even drag us into a global war with Islam. All the more reason to make sure they don’t get nukes and the ones that have them are confiscated (like Pakistan’s).
As time goes on, as the Muslim population increases, I think the situation will just get more dire and dangerous and more conflicts will occur between Muslims and non-Muslims.
It could also maybe become a turning point and help anti-Islamic parties gain power…hopefully they won’t be actual fascists, because that’ll make things far worse, with the chance they could even join the Muslims, like the Nazis did in WW2, but I think that chance is remote today, since most people would not tolerate another Nazi regime.
