Bingo! I haven’t been happy with the current Marxist Pope or Catholic Charities and have been searching for a church in southern Maine of various Christian denominations for months. All are very Woke focusing on liberation theology, BLM, the LGBTQW movement and Climate Change rather than faith in Jesus Christ. The Melikite Church may be the answer. I’ll at least get and read the book.
Well, adelfos mou, you’ve got me thinking about it!

I guess I should pay closer attention. Anyway, your book has been ordered.

I watched the video for a second time so please make it easier for me. Are you a Roman Catholic who does not subscribe to the Pope’s authority? Or, have you become a member of the Greek Orthodox Church?

ME Infidel,
There is a Greek Orthodox Church in Portsmouth, New Hampshire – right on the Southern Maine border.
I went to one in Portland on Park Street. It was beautiful inside and they held a very nice baptismal ceremony right at the end of the Mass. Unfortunately, the priest then urged everyone to get boosted and not listen to all the anti-Vax propaganda. I never went back.

About The Melkite Church I know very little. In contrast about the Roman Catholic Church do know much more of. I even visited St Peters of Rome twice, with a good number of years between both visits .
Still ,the reason for this posting is to provided all Roman Catholics a more balanced view about the Roman Catholic Church and the papacy than the one sided information that many of them have indoctrinated with.
