Çavuşoğlu is late to the party. Enablers of jihad violence and Sharia oppression of women have been claiming that “Islamophobia” is an “industry” for years now. The only real industry involved here, however, is the one that continually churns out propaganda about how Muslims are victims of large-scale discrimination and harassment in Europe and the U.S., and thus warrant special accommodation. The only real industry is the one that continually conflates vigilante attacks against innocent Muslims, which are never justified (as well as quite rare) with honest discussion of the ideological roots of jihad violence and Sharia oppression, condemning both as “Islamophobia.”
“Islamophobia has become an industry: Human Rights Commission Chair,” Daily Sabah, November 2, 2022:
Hakan Çavuşoğlu, chairperson of Parliament’s Human Rights Investigation Commission, said on Tuesday that racism and Islamophobia are increasing rapidly both in European countries and the world, underlining that it has become an industry that needs to be addressed in many areas.
“Islamophobia has become an industry. It is a problem that we encounter in many areas in the film industry, media, sports, and it is an important issue that needs to be solved and worked on as a problem area,” Çavuşoğlu said.
A delegation of members of the Racism and Islamophobia Investigation and Research Subcommittee in European Countries, chaired by Çavuşoğlu, traveled to the British capital London for various contacts and research.
Türkiye’s Ambassador to London Ümit Yalçın also took part in the delegation’s meetings.
In his speech, Çavuşoğlu pointed out that racism and Islamophobia are increasing rapidly both in European countries and in the world, and said that hate speech and hate crimes are evolving into violence day by day.
Çavuşoğlu stated that the commission aims to ensure that Turkish citizens and compatriots live their lives in a peaceful environment where a climate of peace prevails, without being marginalized and exposed to hate speech and hate crimes both in Türkiye and abroad.
Explaining that they visited many European countries and held various meetings as a commission, Çavuşoğlu stated that they listened to the suggestions and wishes of the citizens living in these countries.
Expressing that he and his delegation met with their counterparts in these countries based on the experiences of citizens abroad, Çavuşoğlu stated that they discussed cooperation and working principles.
“We have witnessed especially the existence of hate speech and hate crimes in European countries. In our opinion, European countries should prevent this from now on. Because we think that this will become unstoppable after a while. We carry out our work in this way,” Çavuşoğlu said.
Çavuşoğlu said that within the scope of the commission’s work, they conveyed their views on the definition of “Islamophobia” as a crime to be included in the penal laws.
The delegation will meet with British parliamentary deputies on Wednesday and exchange views on the fight against racism and Islamophobia….

Hmmmmm, I wonder if this guy ever read the hate book dictated by Mr Mo. Maybe RS books could point it out for him verse by verse. Let the hate book explain itself. Also, what about the Christianophobia expressed in the Armenian genocide or the Christianophobia expressed on May 29, 1453 at Constantinople.

It has often occurred to me how we might get the real question positioned to be asked and generated: ‘the homicidism within Islam against non muslims. That is a very real ever ongoing series of occurrences, across all societies with muslim populations. That is not hyperbole, and it is the ever ongoing fact of life.

I hope that hatred of islam, which is such an evil and barbaric ideology, is growing because it means that more people, even the slow learners, are finally, and about bloody time, waking up to the hideous nature of islam. This Muslim whinger can go to hell. Muslims have somehow managed to get away with their evil behaviours for far too long. And, of course, Muslims, who treat non-Muslims so badly whenever they gain power, are always trying to play the victim. The more that people wake up to islam’s evil nature the better for the human race, so I hope that islamophobia flourishes everywhere as people finally see islam’s vile nature clearly.

Fine post, tim gallagher. And yes, more and more non-Muslims in the West need to wake up to Islam’s barbarism, pathetic self-pity and hypocrisy.

Thanks, Wellington. I’m always happy when I read these reports about an increase in hatred of Islam. I could say, along the lines of Martin Luther King Jnr, I have a dream that one day almost all of the non-Muslims everywhere will wake up and see islam for the evil ideology that it is and all our non-Muslim countries will slam the door shut on letting Muslims in. It would also be great if most Muslims, sick of being part of such a backward, primitive religious ideology walked out on islam. Probably never happen but what a gigantic improvement to the human race that would be.

Even though “islamophobia” is a nonsensical word, I’m glad that it is increasing.
Fear of the advancement of islam is RATIONAL.
