It depends on the regime change. Like if she’s talking about the UK, where she lives, then it won’t make a difference, since 12 years of Tories have just proven to be Labour-light. But if she’s talking about the US, then while there was a uniparty b/w Bush and Obama/Biden, Trump did make a clean break w/ the past, which is why the administrative state was at war w/ him. So I do expect things to change once we’re rid of Biden
But I get where she’s coming from, given the turmoil that the Tories are in right now, having lost their Chancellor of the Exchequer yesterday and Home Secretary today. It’s time for a new Right Wing coalition/party, since Labour would be even worse

Because nobody “owned” him, he was a threat to both the Leftist Democrats and the establishment / elite Republicans.
