New in PJ Media:
Maybe John Fetterman, who makes Joe Biden look like Socrates, is really sharp in ways we ordinary mortals have not yet grasped. Way back in 1979, Peter Sellers starred in the movie Being There, a black comedy about a dull-witted gardener whose simple, direct statements about trivial matters are taken as clever and wise aphorisms, catapulting him to fame and power. I thought of that movie Tuesday night right in the opening moments of the debate between Fetterman and Mehmet Oz, when Fetterman started off with: “Hi. Goodnight, everybody.” That could be the epitaph for our republic as a whole, as politicians of the quality of Biden and Fetterman become increasingly common, but the entire debate underscored a question that few people, if any, are asking: why is John Fetterman still running for the Senate?
The whole country and, indeed, the whole world now knows that the man is suffering from severe cognitive damage. He has trouble following simple things that are said to him and even more trouble formulating coherent responses. Yet today, while conservatives emphasize his obvious unfitness to be a United States senator or, indeed, to hold pretty much any job at all, the loyal Leftist propagandists on The View and other water carriers for the Democrats are clutching their pearls at Oz supposedly “bullying” Fetterman by treating him as if we were a serious candidate whose positions warranted scrutiny. Piers Morgan and others are calling upon Fetterman to withdraw, but there is no indication from the Fetterman camp that a withdrawal is even being considered.
There are several possibilities as to why not. One is that Gisele Fetterman is a veritable Lady Macbeth who wants fame and power so much that she is willing to sacrifice her husband’s health to get it. Maybe she even thinks that if he becomes completely incapacitated, she will be chosen to take his place, as Old Joe Biden hinted when he told her that she was going to be a “great, great lady in the Senate.”
There is another possibility as well: maybe Fetterman’s cognitive difficulties don’t bother the Democrats at all. In fact, John Fetterman may be the Democrats’ dream candidate. The Senate, after all, long ago stopped being a place of great debates, where lawmakers were titans of oratory and actually sought to convince their colleagues of the correctness of their position. That sort of thing went out with Henry Clay and Daniel Webster.
There is more. Read the rest here.

Biden and Fetterman should get together ,they could invent a new language only they could understand

“Hi, Good Night, Everybody!” A memorable start to a debate that went only one direction – South. Dems should vote for the Green party candidate or the Communist party candidate if they want to keep that seat the entire 6-year term

The Democratic Party is now under the control of a small group of elites within the party. They want people in positions of power who can be easily manipulated. They want a President, Senators and Representatives who will do exactly as they are told by this group of elites. A mindless, soulless automaton is what they would prefer in a candidate but the likes of Fetterman and Biden are the next best thing. Government of the people, by the people and for the people is not their goal because these elites consider most people to be fools who need to be told what is best for them. The cabal running the Democratic Party want only the illusion of democracy.

At which point Joe Dementia let the cat out of the bag.
Fetterman’s wife would replace John, when the time came.

That assumes that if Fetterwoman (as he calls herself) wins, so will Shapiro, who could then appoint Gel (as Biden calls her) Fetterman to replace him. But if Mastriano wins and Fetterwoman croaks, that will give the GOP an entry into that: he could appoint either Kathy Barnette or Sean Parnell (assuming that he’s put his family issues behind him) to the senate. Or whoever he thinks is most suitable for that seat

One of the most hilarious and well-written PJ media you’ve ever written. Bravo!

The dems aren’t even embarrassed by Fetterman’s inability to reason, or express. They are simply in denial as to the meaning of reason and expression. Reading the debate between Abe Lincoln and Steven Douglas in 1859 shows an enormous ability of both candidates to reason and expoung. All that is being wiped out by the correctness meme disease. Fetterman’s positions before his stroke were absurd, inane and quite in the democratic party scheme of things. Now… he can’t even explain what he means, and I doubt he cared much before his stroke, but now? And the democratic party…? They do not care, and have no shame excep that they’re caught. All those mail in ballots that were mailed out for months now, give Fetterman his good chance that he could actually win from these ballots most mailed in before this debate. As for the movie, I remember when Seller’s Character was out on his own after a lifetime in a closed home environment. He didn’t understand the world or the people he came across and when something unpleasant confronted him, he tried to change the station with his TV remote control, assuming he’d get another show with that move. And in front of all this, we have the President, his vice president, and the other party members now peddling that all the people who think differently than they, are maga terrorists….. perfect. Someone please change the channel.

A long time ago, there was a cartoon about a very hungry dog. He managed to get himself clothed in a coat and hat from the garbage while looking for food. He got inside a plant where wieners were made. and the people thought he was a guy, asked his name, he growled, and it sounded to them like “ralph gallager,” and they ended up making him head of the company. All went haywire when he jumped on the table in the boardroom and began scarfing down the food.
Last evening, I heard a bit of the debate where fetterman was saying he was all for fracking. the moderator asked him about two statements he had made saying “no fracking’ and all he could say in reply was, “I’m in favor of fracking, I favor, fracking, I’m in favor of fracking’
The moderator made the point twice that he had said he was against it, but he insisted he had always been in favor.
It isn’t just his state’s people who will suffer from his inability to think…even if he was not so hot for baby-killing, and didn’t have convicted felons working for him…if he lands in a seat in the senate, how will that benefit the nation of people who have to obey the laws and who are paying for the security the senate supposedly brings to the table?

Sadly, Fetterman’s politics were pretty appalling long before his health issues.

Just yesterday which was 10/26/22 Facebook put me on a three day ban for referring John Fetterman as “What a goon.”
What I had Keyboarded was a very accurate description of Fetterman. Just look at that guy, what else is anyone who isn’t blind supposed to view him to be,
Nevertheless, Leftist Facebook labeled me of very fitting description of him as “hate speech.” Therefore, it was found in violation of their ” community standards.” [politically correct standards]
It’s likely that many leftists on keyboarding on Facebook had referred the Donald Trump rough and rude hash words yet it’s very doubtful that any of them had been put on a ban, for a time for keyboarding such things.

If the Democratic Party is not destroyed I fear it will lead to the end of America. Yes, this bad, this awful, and why anyone remaining or voting Democrat is, effectively, an enemy of America. My God, this is so effing obvious that the wonder of it all is that far more don’t realize this basic reality.

John Fetterman is soft on crime and very fervent in promoting socialism.
The citizens of Pennsylvania don’t need him in the Senate . No rational person would want character in any position of power.

Running for US Sen. is really a “federal job interview” conducted by the people of Pennsylvania. Members of Congress are covered under the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS).
The Americans with Disability Act ADA states that an applicant must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. The essential functions of the job of a US Sen. requires excellence in communication.
Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman cannot communicate effectively – even when accommodated.
Judging by his recent performances, he is not able to perform the “essential functions” of the job – even with “reasonable accommodation”…

John Fetterman Is Just the Kind of Candidate the Democrats Want
……………………………………….
Worse than Fetterman’s cognitive issues are his appalling politics. He wants to ban the death penalty and end life imprisonment for murderers–and wants greater restrictions on legal gun ownership. He calls fracking an “abomination”. He wants to end the filibuster. He calls himself a “skeptic” of free trade.
And the alternative? Voting in the first Muslim to the Senate–someone who has been ranting about “Islamophobia”.
I don’t envy any patriotic American faced with this choice at the polls.
